The room is clean, spacious and comfortable. And the staff are very helpful and nice! If you need to go to Ankgor Wat to see the sunrise, they will prepare a simple breakfest box for you so you can enjoy it after seeing the beautiful sunrise. They have a free tuk tuk service from the hotel to the night market in the evening, but it is also just a 15 mins walk and you will find some nice cafe/resturant on the road. The tuk tuk driver is also very nice. Just one thing as my room is close to the main road, if you are not a very deep sleeper, you may wake up by the morning traffic. One small niggle - and it really it is nit-picking - it is just far enough out from the central area to need a tuk-tuk back at night, and being a new hotel a lot of the drivers don't know where it is.
