"We have been coming to Schroon Lake every year for over 40 years. This was our first stay at the Maple Leaf Motel. We only stayed one night, but the accommodations were perfect for our stay. Upon arrival, we used a code to get into the motel. The room was stocked with water and snacks, which we really appreciated. The room was clean and the two queen sized beds were comfortable. Although the motel is located off the main road, we were not disturbed by traffic, and the temperature in the room was comfortable. Our room had a microwave and small refrigerator, but my daughter also had a room next to ours and it had a full kitchen area, so some rooms are different than others. The location was conveniently located just outside of the main town area, just north of the marina. "

"This was a great place to stay when visiting Middlebury for a campus tour. Our room was spacious for our family of 4 and we enjoyed a great breakfast the next morning before our tour."

"The host was great. Quick responses, very amiable and informative. The cabin was very nice and in a beautiful location. Only thing keeping me from an excellent rating is it is winter and the heating system is forced hot air, located in the living room. Very noisy and on most of the time. In spring summer and fall I would say excellent!"
