"Perfect location to the terminal, beautiful property, shopping, dining access all wonderful!"

"We enjoyed our stay here very much. The room was clean & the staff were very kind when we wanted to add breakfast to one of our days. The food was really good & we found a close bar & café we enjoyed during our stay. I would highly recommend staying at Koko Hotel."

"Location is convenient and with covered pathway from hotel 2/F to JR Shizuoka station. Room is grand and clean. Recommend to stay."

"Nice place to stay if you’re in and around Shizuoka. Very close to evening fun and close to the station."

"We had a great stay at HOTEL MYSTAYS Shimizu. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our visit. The hotel was also very English-friendly, which made the check-in process and overall experience much easier. The rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable, and the location worked well for us while visiting Shimizu. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and welcoming place to stay in the area."

"Clean hotel next to the station. The bed is uncomfortable tho"

"The staff were so incredibly nice! It rained while we were there and they would chase me to give me an umbrella which I thought was very sweet. The breakfast situation was a little weird. "Good , comfortable"

"We had a great stay. The hotel and room was perfect. Spacious and clean. I love that the housekeepers left a bag a fresh towels and amenities at the door even when we had a do not disturb sign. The location was perfect. Plenty of dining and shopping near by and train station just outside the hotel door. Would choose to stay here again next time I’m in Osaka."

"It was everything that I needed and beyond."

"Very spacious room, we enjoyed it"

"Excellent rooms and the staff were very helpful and responsive."

"It's an older hotel but the rooms are nice and clean and I have no complaints. Also a very good price when I stayed."

"The hotel is in a good location and the stuff is helpful."

"Breakfast is amazing! The best breakfast I have ever had in Japan."

"Great place for the price and as always excellent staff"

"The hotel is located right next to the JR train station, which is really convenient for travellers. The fish market is also within walkable distance. The room I stayed in was spacious. I enjoyed my stay there a lot."

"Easy access to freeway and plenty of parking spaces."

"施設が古く駅近とも言い難く、、金額的に割り切れれば良いがそこまで安くはない。畳敷きの部屋も悪くはないが素足で歩くのはビジネス利用ならなんとか。カップルとかにはおすすめしません。"
