"The property was super old. There was nobody who could speak English at the property. The hotel was located fairly close by the Omuta train station, and there were good amount of restaurants to choose from. You'd have to go on the other side of the station to give them, though."

"It's too bad the hotel was in such bad shape! We were looking forward to some rest and relaxation. The Onsen main bath was closed due to maintenance so men and women had to take turns using the other bath. Asking about nearby restaurants for dinner because hotel's dinner was only available with reservations, front desk clerk clearly told us there were only izakayas, bars, available nearby.
