« 素晴らしいホテルです。丁寧に受付していただきました。アメニティはロビーでセルフ方式でした。ロビー、通路、部屋、とても清潔です。部屋は無駄なスペースがなく、広々としており、かつ、水回りも使い勝手が良かったです。ゆったり過ごすことができました。立地もいいです。コンビニはすぐ目の前で、繁華街の中にあるので、店選びには困りません。朝食は、熊本名物もいただけて、出張で利用しましたが旅気分も味わえました。また利用させていただきたいです »

« Great hotel overall. Can't judge the breakfast but all the other aspects were wonderful, especially considering the prices range of the hotel. Renovated and clean rooms. Friendly staff. Great neighborhood with many shops. Close to the tramway that gets you to the main station. View on the castle from the rooms located on the front side. Very very hard to beat cost-performance ratio. »

« Tres bien place, mais tres calme la nuit, petit dej un peu delicat pour qqun qui vient d’Europe mais on s’y fait vite. Le cafe est exceptionnel, le personnel fait de son mieux, la proprete est au grand maximum! A 5 min a pied de la gare routiere Sakuramachi pour venir de l’aeroport et y aller. A 3 min a pied de la station tram. »
