"Very good place, calm, good for families to relax. I got room with view of the valley, could see Sun rising. Stay was comfortable, service very good. Breakfast selection is also excellent with lot of options. Nice spa. Has Gym and travel desk too.Staff is very much supportive. Wifi is available in lobby."

This is a great hotel. The breakfast buffet is terrific and all of the staff are great. We were given a free upgrade both times we stayed at the Oberoi. The hotel is within easy walking distance of Mall Road and other areas of interest

Sumit and his entire staff went above and beyond any (already high) expectations my wife and I had. Sachin was terrific poolside and at dinner, and the restaurant manager (I'm forgetting his name, sorry!) were exceptional. The activity staff were great, our guide for the hike was friendly and knowledgeable and very interesting. The nice lady who booked our activities was incredibly helpful and patient. The young man who have us a tour of the hotel - everyone and everything was absolutely...

The hotel manager, Naveen, was absolutely excellent! When we needed transportation from our hotel in Shimla, he arranged a cab for us (Innova) with a very good driver at an very reasonable price. He was also very helpful when it came to organizing transportation in and around Narkanda.

We had a marvelous experience at the hotel. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Food was excellent with plenty of options. There was ample parking space for our car. The view from the hotel was breathtaking. Amenities were exceptional. We really enjoyed our stay.

I think this was the best hotel room, wise cleaning wise everything location wise best hotel I have stayed in india me husband and the rest of the family were really happy. Nice clean rooms really nice beds. Everything good only thing I did not like about is the cost of the food is too expensive the roadies they were given us literally a joke they should work on their roti and their food make the prices a little less everything else is good.
