It was good but the room i book wasnt available so they had to change it and price would have be cheaper to just book a new room but couldn't cancel any later do to the expedia rules

Three different tiles in bathroom with broken, cracked, and chipped pieces. Dirty/moldy. Cracks by the ceiling and chunks of paint/drywall peeling off the walls.
Threadworn sheets. Stains on carpet.
Giant spider crawling up the wall behind the toilet.

Tons of obnoxious construction crews being super loud and were smoking, drinking and yelling in the room next to us, well into the night. Our room itself was very clean thank you. The carpets need deep cleaning. Great staff experience thank you. Have a nice weekend.

The floor of my room had multiple sticky spots, especially between the beds and the floor was carpeted, mind you.
I can't recall bugs (roaches) ever being an issue in hotel rooms that I have stayed in previously, but I can't say that now. The first night of my stay there was one in the bathroom, and I squashed/flushed it without much thought. The second night I had one crawl on my leg while I was reading in bed and another one crawl across my phone charger that was sitting on the nightstand. Roach number four was seen crawling on the wall behind the dresser/refrigerator on the morning I checked out.
Door card readers/locks were wonky and didn't instill a lot of confidence that they would work as intended. The front staff seems to know this and provide "tips" to try to unlock/open my room door.

Check in was quick and pleasant. I wish I could remember the name of the front desk associate. She was friendly and very helpful. My room was spacious and clean, and the price was good. I’d stay there again.

Stay was good. Like other reviews said, place is a little old but i mean for just staying a few days its ok. Food was good, Place was clean, great service, Rooms were good, people were a little noisy at night but cant really do much bout that lol. Overall liked it, would etay again

This place was terrible! The bathroom had yellow stuff all over the wall next to the light switch. Floor was dirty, baseboards very dusty, sticky gross carpet, hair on the bed and a big gross dried booger on the comforter. Smelled weed coming in the back door. My son may be going to college in Sherman, but we will never stay at your hotel again if we visit!

Our stay was good. Breakfast is not exciting as it once was. We love the location and we rested well. The building is old, cold, run down. Could use some upgrades. Overall we were safe and cozy. It served its purpose.

The facility is not far from Oklahoma and for the property, it was clean and neat. The breakfast was good and the people there were friendly.

We chose to not shower with the black mold in the tub area. It had a smell in the room. Glad to leave early before breakfast.

Comfortable visit, substandard advertised Internet
Pretty standard hotel stay. I was put in a conjoined room, so sometimes noise from my neighbors was a little loud, but not unlike living in an apartment complex I'm sure. The only thing I didn't like was it was advertised that there was wired internet--which I prefer over wireless--but the Ethernet connection was permanently disabled (wires cut in favor of a wireless repeater). Internet was otherwise good with no downtime or major lag spikes, and adequate speed.

I am sorry to hear about the issues you had with the internet. Can you tell me which web site it was that said we have hard wired connections? I will have it corrected.
The room smelled like it had water damage. under the ac it had a hole in the baseboard. We def tell the African American lady as we walked out to go eat in the morning think that she would have some one fix the hole by the time we came back no one fixed it . We told the older lady in the front desk about the hole she walked to the room took a picture of it but still the hole hole in the wall was not fix. the tv would go off by it self had to call the maintenance guy. we would leave we had to go to the front desk and get new ones every day. The bike in the gym does not work does not turn on . Found a baby tooth not sure if it was human or animal in my daughter sausages. We wore awake every day by 8:00 by house keeping that would be vacuuming, they use a very loud vacuum. The bed has a hole where you lay. the one bed next to the window. The toilet is very loose be careful sitting down it moves to the left. The mattress needs to replace it won't last much longer. I will say the front desk was very friendly and professional. But when I was checking in there computers did not work they could not check me in I was about to just go next door. They had me swiping my card on each of the terminals. Then finally the front desk girl keyed in the card manually and it worked after 20 mins of waiting.it was not a very good experience for us this time. We will not be returning unfortunately. Please correct these issues. Also the area outside has some pot holes. For your future guests.
