整體不錯，但有待改善。

住的是家庭房間，但浴室沐浴露和洗髮水只有一支一人分量，看到也傻眼了｡房間算寬闊，整潔度也算ＯＫ，但空調就有等於沒有，晚上睡覺冬天也覺得熱和焗。最好的就是位置地點，附近要吃要購物都能完全滿足得到。其實只要此酒店能改善一些细節上的問題，往後日子也是會選擇再來的。

Nice but could be better.

This hotel is located in a nice plaza with local coffee shops and chinese low cost eating places. It is very convienent for Garden City shopping mall and bus service to Sea World. There is a faint smell of tobacco in all the rooms i have stayed in which is not pleasent.If ordering a taxi to the airport or Shekou ferry terminal, leave plenty of time as taxis are always busy. The breakfast's for european visitors are not very good.

Reasonable price but very noisey.

3rd time stayed here.This time it was very bad due to noise from a building site next to the hotel. This hotel is becoming very tired and the rooms need extensive decoration. The carpet in my room was very dirty and the room had very bad smell from cigarette. No fridge in the room.

Big & Clean Room with Nice Front Desk

Since I extended my business trip, I have no doubt to book the U hotel again for my further stay via hotels.com. The room as well as the bathroom are big and clean. In addition, I forgot to tell the front desk for my extension in the next morning. However, they were very nice when I called back in the afternoon and confirmed my extension without changing my room.

The room is big; bathroom is big; little old renovation; staff is friendly; there are choices for restaurant in the area and close to Walmart; the only bad things is the room has no fridge;
