I have stayed in wonderful hotels all over the world and can honestly say that this hotel stands head and shoulders above anything I have experienced (Not just the fact that it is the 3rd highest hotel in the world). The staff are amazing. They greeted me by name everywhere I went. Attentive and caring! The architectural details and artistic flair are beyond compare. The views are nothing short of extraordinary. Super friendly and helpful staff. Room is very clean and neat, very good breakfast, amazing views from the top floors of one of Shenzhen’s highest building. We enjoy our stay and are looking forward to coming back soon again.

It is conveniently located opposite to k k mall and near the luxury stores. The room and its view is fabulous. The breakfast at 95/f is very good too. Will definitely go again

Great Views

Amazing views and great rooms! Restaurants shut early before 9.3O so went hungry! Bar is nice with similar great views but limited food! The bar on the 100th floor is shut though? Also strange but very limited English spoken by staff which is not my previous experience on staying at St Regis hotels in Asia!

Stayed 2 nights in the Shenzhen suite. Conformable stay, good service by the staff. Would be better if the design is more thoughtful eg there is no full length mirror in the room, the bathroom light could not be switched on if the “master” light switch is off (had to turn on the “master” when one of us had to go to the bathroom in the middle of the light), and the video screen in the 100/F lounge was too bright.

Absolutely the finest 5-Star hotel in Shenzhen! Outstanding staff, with an impeccable butler service. Don't miss the scrumptious morning, and evening buffet. So many international dishes, which are prepared with the highest of standards! Access to the metro is a snap, and it is beneath the King Key building. One never has to go outside to ride the system. This is my only choice of properties when my travels bring me to Shenzhen!

Quite a bit below my high expectation

I have been having a high expectation in St.Regis Hotel but I guess it was quite a disappointing experience to me. The place was indeed having a magnificent views from both room and lobby, which food there taste good too. However, there are few things that need to concern before booking: 1.) you need to queue for breakfast for around 15 minutes. 2.) My room are having cigrattes smell which might be from other room through the venting system. Calling reception only giving me an air purification machine in the room. 3.) Swimming pool have no swim cap available to borrow.
