I cannot sleep while I slept on the pillows. Room was hot even though we opened 2 windows. Room condition was okay. Facilities are well maintained. 4 lifts were not quite enough. During peak hour, we needed to wait. 20 people waited at the lobby and when lift arrived. Family room's condition was quite poor. There was even a hole on the wall. Sound proof was poor as well. We could hear sound every where at the night. The room was facing a major road. When we opened the window, it was noisy. If we closed the window, it was very hot. There was no tent in the room, which was shown in the room's picture. Children was disappointed. The bedsheet for the children bed did not even cover the mattress. They just put on top of the mattress. Children saw some black spots on the mattress and complained about the cleanliness.
