If you are particular about clean showers then you may not what to stay here, plenty of black mould in the grout of the tiles, corners of the shower etc. Breakfast isn't very appealing but you may get lucky and find something from the wide selection. This month, I've stayed for 8 nights at a std, twin beds, city view room; went away for a 1-wk tour, and returned for 7 more nights at a similar room but with a mini bar. So, I think I deserve a lengthier review, which hopefully is not only for other travellers, but for the hotel as well. I will keep coming back, as this hotel meets ALL 3 criteria (not many Shenzhen hotels can) 一 in-room safe, luggage storage in-between 2 hotel stays, free self served laundry facilities. I'll give your room cleanliness a 9.9 out of 10\. Wherever we stay, my wife and I wipe down the head boards, phone, night tables, desk/table, chairs, coat closet & changes, with antibacterial wipes. After wiping, the wipes were still white!! Let me tell you, some hotels twice your price, our wipes were blacken by dirt. Great job by your house keeping, including laundry room, staff. I gave your breakfast serve an "average" rating only, which is not fair because you have the good, the bad, & the ugly. The good: Great cook to order Chinese noodles (with varieties) and, my favourite, dumplings, in soup. Food temp is perfect, and great efficient friendly chef. I'm a tea person. Good choice of teabags. I didn't add the cold milk there, I'd rather walk to the buffet area to add the hot milk. Yes, the milk, and the soya bean drink, is welcoming hot. I heard other guests praising your coffee machine. Good provision of fruits and green salad bar.
