Obviously, they’re not. At the airport, there is clear sign for the shuttle, even you have asked for airport staff, they just told you that call the hotel directly. The shuttle available from 07:00-22:30 operating in every 1.5 hr. Every time you need to book a shuttle before an hour. This is non-sense that waiting a shuttle at the airport basement parking area for 20 minutes even though you’ve been booked.
