"Staff were rude and not accommodating at all. Could not get extra pillows. Room was dirty, no ice machines, no hand towels, had to pay for extra towels if you needed them. It was an extended stay hotel so it was more like renting a room in an apartment building. A lot of people milling around outside smoking things if you know what I mean. They were out there well into the night. Didn't feel safe there at all. Would sleep in my car before staying there again...."
