When we stayed there it was pretty hot so the single window unit struggled to keep up but there were ceiling fans and floor fans that made us more comfortable. Also the refrigerator ran but didn't get cold...we brought this to the owners attention and he was very apologetic and offered us all the ice we needed, which was on site. We had access to ample firewood, and both gas and electric grills. We love that it is away from the “crowds” of tiny Emminence, but be prepared for challenging gravel toads to get there."
