It was busy due to the lunar New Year holiday, and yet everything worked well and nothing was too much trouble. We will stay there next time we are in Shanghai. "The hotel is good generally speaking. Only drawback is lack of aircon… feeling warm at night. Was told there is only ventilation function during early Nov, but not aircon. The hotel stuff sent fans instead, which is helpful. "

"I've attended a big exhibition at NECC and the hotel was relatively close, not exactly a walking distance, but just a few minutes on taxi. Down side is that there aren't much shops or restaurants in or near the building. There is one convenient store that opens until midnight, though. Rooms are pretty spacious and modern. People at the front desk are all friendly and helpful, especially calling taxi when my DiDi app wasn't working well. "
