The entire staff speaks very poor English and it is truly hard to communicate with them. It made me and my wife so uncomfortable to sleep in such a high temperature. Complained to the front desk but was told nothing they can do but offering us a FAN in stead...what a joke. From the moment you stepped off the MTR train, then you would be required at least 20 mins of walk until you can get to the hotel.
