Dear property owner/manager. I am not going to pretend I have any idea about how to run a hotel but, cleanliness is a must for us. The entire property needs a good cleaning. Staff at the front desk evening and morning were great. This property lacks well trained cleaning crews for the entire property.

Our room was very large and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was nice with 2 grab bars in the shower/tub. However, the towels could have used some fabric softener. The staff were very nice and friendly, and our request to stay on the top floor was honored. The breakfast was fine, but I would have liked a nice sweet roll or muffin and orange juice or milk. Overall, however, we were very impressed and happy that we stayed overnight there!
