« My family and I had a great time. Our pet seemed to have fun as well especially feeding the goats rabbits and the little pig. The little goat was liking our little dog through the fence. « Would definitely recommend. The Midge is a super cute cabin. It was very clean and the fire pit was a definite plus. With the porch lights off you can see a gazillion stars. No views like that in the city. The walking trails are great and go right by the river and its always fun to ride up to the dam where it feels like you're on top of the world. May stay here again on my next visit home. »

« The property was very adequate for our large family group with lots of room for kids to play. Beds were comfortable and the big dining table was great for family meals. The house needs some maintenance upkeep. Sliding screen door was sitting on the outdoor table. The grill was unusable and the pull out couch was broken. The downstairs shower curtain needs to be replaced. We did enjoy the cool weather of Beech Mountain and the fireworks were amazing. »

« We LOVED our stay at Bear Cub Cabin! The cabin was immaculately clean (and I'm picky about cleanliness) - you would never guess this cabin was pet friendly. It was cozy, decorated well, new, and bright. The kitchen was well equipped. « We've stayed at Beech a ton of times and this was by far the most updated and cleanest place we've been in. Typically if it's pet friendly you can see or detect dog hair, but that was not the case. My husband even asked if I was sure that it was. Ha! My teens loved the basement set up and the fire pit/hot tub and my dog loved the side yard! The owners were super responsive and there to help with any small issues that came up!! Highly recommend! »
