"Beautiful setting in a wooded lot feels private like you are far away from hustle and bustle but it is convenient near stores and restaurants. Kitchen and bathrooms were very clean and all new appliances. House has many “ smart” lighting features. Floor was gritty but hard to avoid with plank floors. Maybe a few throw rugs would help. "Fishtown is quite the place to be when staying in Philly. It has plenty of options for entertainment, eating and shopping. Only problem is parking which is tight but we were able to manage it. It is best if you did not bring a car. The apartment was very chic and comfortable. I plan to return in two weeks for a second stay in December, Great value "

"The neighborhood is not great, but this place has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths for half the price of most places. It could definitely use more seating in the living room and a kitchen table or counter top for eating, but the beds were comfortable and it was very clean."
