"The bed is so comfy! The coffee is great! Clean, outdoor porch with grill (if the weather was nicer I'd have used it) but winter just didn't allow for it. Jill and her hubby have done a great job decorating and making this a "go to" option in Seward. Thank you!"
"This property is all that it is advertised to be and more! The trek up the hill is a challenge, but fun at the same time. The weather wasn't particularly cooperative, but we were quite happy just hanging out at this lovely cabin with an extraordinary view."
"Stay in the main house. The views are fabulous. Where we stayed the ground floor studio was not comfortable. Lighting was bad and it smelt of cigarette smoke. It was nice to have the main house to go into which if we hadn’t had a lot of luggage would have chosen "
"The place was beautiful and very celan. We had a wonderful complimentary ice cream dessert before bed and breakfast was exceptional. Very friendly staff. Would highly recommend!"

"Pepper Creek Cabin was everything I'd hoped for, and more. Off the grid, no distractions from TVs, internet or text. Just pure serenity.
We seen tons of starfish a few Sea Lions, caught some Rockfish off the kayak and collected some Sea glass off the beach. Water Taxi out of Millers Landing was perfect for going back and forth during different activities. Thanks Jeff and Levi!!!"

"Staying at the cabin is such an amazing experience. The location is stunning and the cabin is gorgeous! This was the place we were most excited to stay at during our trip, and it did not disappoint! Will definitely be back one day!!"
"We had a nice stay and enjoyed the river and garden views. The house is set up like a hunter's cabin with three master bedrooms but no living room, so we gathered around the kitchen table. In the kitchen there is a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker but no stove/oven. There is an induction hot plate but only one small pan that can be used with it. If the weather is good you can cook outside on the excellent barbecue with side burner that can handle the larger pots and pans. There actually...
"This is a wonderful, peaceful and gorgeous property at the end of the road in Seward. Kendall is an excellent and engaging host, and runs a beautiful establishment in a beautiful location. At times it can be a little challenging to get there since bus service doesn't run and some taxis in Seward don't like to go down the dirt road, but call Bob at 907-362-9090 and he will take you there. For us the isolation of the place made it all worthwhile. You can sit for hours and just take in the majestic...

"Great stay. Staff, room, location are all first class. Restaurant was very reasonably priced, good food. "
"I was pleasantly surprised when i first walked in. The hotel has been updated and the photos posted are of the older interior. I wasn't able to take photos to show the lobby with the updated interior and furniture. They also have a small shop with food and drinks avaliable for purchase. The beds were comfortable, staff was helpful!"
"I liked that the property was of historic importance. However it is definitely not worth the value because the property upkeep is awful ☹️. The property management company should be ashamed of themselves for not bringing this property up to code and for not modernizing it to show off its historic features. The property has potential "
