Clean Great interaction with staff Polite and very helpful Great location Excellent breakfast Good quality WiFi

the staff were lovely. the decor was tasteful and the room was big. we had a lovely, spacious patio. also, the location was perfect: surrounded by great restaurants, and right near the cathedral and alcazar. a gem of a hotel!

Convenient location, close to the train station, beautiful lobby environment, and elegant rooms, warmly staff.

This is a beautiful new property but do not bring a lot of luggage. It is located in a street without vehicle access and the rooms are a little small. The staff are great, the decor is wonderful, the location is great, room is excellent, but just bear in mind the location limitations and room size.

Amazing hotel, super well located, very polite and attentive staff, clean, modern, incredible breakfast and the list goes on! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone! 10000 out of 10

Great location, walking distance to all the main spots, yet far enough away that you’re not bombarded by tourists 24/7. Lovely bathroom and room, would recommend!

Clean, very spacious room. Nice to have a kitchen area. The hotel is in a great location. Very close to a parking garage, restaurants, shops and many sites.

The hotel is beautiful but the swimming pool was empty for the winter. At 27 celcius ??? That was disappointing

Great location, great staff, great hotel!

This hotel was amazing! It had a great atmosphere, and every corner was filled with history. It was truly unique, with very helpful and friendly staff. I’m very happy that I chose this place for our stay.
