Comté de Sevier : Complexes hôteliers

« The staff was wonderful. They do need to tell you about the elevators that will take you up a level instead of walking up a very steep hill. The location is great. The rooms were clean, but does need some renovation. »

« Excelente lo recomiendo 100% maravilloso siempre he ido 6 años consecutivo y siempre salgo satisfecho »

« We absolutely loved the park area. Our first stay ever in an RV. We did not know how to work the outside lights and had to enter in the dark when we returned from our adventures in the evening. We did find something written about the outdoor lights in the bedroom the day we were leaving. We would have loved to enjoy the patio area but did not know if we could use the awning or even how to open it. The musty smell was also overpowering. Air fresheners would be nice. We did enjoy our stay, it...

« Lovely stay! Property was beautiful and clean. check in was easy. »

« This property has excellent views of the mountains both from the rooms and from the pool and activities building. We enjoyed all the amenities including the indoor and outdoor pools, exercise room, fire pit, and mini golf. It was extremely convenient to the main strip. We loved having the full kitchen and large dining table, plus counter seating. The suites were comfortable and clean. There was a schedule of daily activities and giveaways given to us on arrival so there is no reason anyone...

« Spacious condo and convenient location. Staff was very nice and helpful. Beds were comfortable with plenty of linens. It was helpful to have a washer and dryer in the condo. Only minor downside was that the kitchen counters needed scrubbiing (appliances were clean) and place could use a good dusting but otherwise was clean. »

« Our stay was great. The property was beautiful and clean, location was great. Close to lots of restaurants and attractions, easy drive into the national park.Just a heads up, this property is a timeshare. I did not know going in. They will ask you to sit through a presentation and you can decline. It wasn't obnoxious and everyone was very nice, but I wish had known beforehand. »

« We stayed in a 2BR townhouse/villa unit, not the hotel room building. Unit was predominantly as described; however, could use a bit of freshening up/new coat of paint. Our friends stayed in the 2BR hotel unit just across from the parking lot, and although I preferred our unit due to size, views and privacy/seclusion, our friends hotel unit seemed fresher/more recently updated. As mentioned in other reviews the neighbor townhouse unit shares a wall and you can easily hear the other people;...

« The Westgate resort is wonderful and the employees there are all amazing! We did not have a single negative experience with staff. They will try to sell you on a timeshare once they find out you’re not an owner! Pet friendly but make sure you watch out for bears! The indoor water park and heated pools are a HUGE plus. »

« This was our second stay at this resort. We were pleasantly surprised with a free unit upgrade when we arrived. The unit was clean and comfy. We enjoyed the pools and mini golf. The staff was friendly and helpful. The resort is family friendly and they sent daily text updates about activities. We could also send texts if we needed anything, which we didn't. The resort offers easy access to Veterans Blvd, which allows you to bypass a large portion of the main Parkway traffic when going to...

« Super clean! Host was great! »

« Our stay at the condo worked great. Perfect for our family and the price was very reasonable. We may stay there again when we go to Dollywood again! »

« Clean and top notch. »
