« Staff was professional, quick and informative. Room was clean, beds comfortable. View from room was cute, continental breakfast. Parking was sufficient considering we stayed during Jeep week.
Close to many restaurants, shops and the aquarium. 10 or so minute walk to all amenities.
Very pleased with the experience. Would book again. »

« Horrible business management. I booked a 2 night stay at Wyndham Great smokies lodge to celebrate our son’s 3rd birthday. He was so excited to stay here and use the water park. We booked well in advance and paid in advance. We drove several hours to get to this hotel. While we were in route and less than an hour from the hotel to check in, Wyndham calls and states they have overbooked the hotel and cancelling my reservation. They offered to put my in a different hotel which is obviously less...
