Located in a residence on the 3rd floor (with elevator). It comprises an entrance hall, a living room with a sofa bed (140x190 cm), flat-screen TV, high table and 2 high chairs, and air conditioning. There is a 10 sq m (108 sq ft) enclosed loggia with a lovely view of the port (table and chairs). The kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator/freezer, ceramic hob, coffee maker, and dishwasher).
