There are 5 bedrooms with king-size beds and a spacious 35 m² dormitory with 4 single beds, perfect for teenagers or groups of friends. The house features 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped private kitchen with an American fridge, freezer, coffee machine, and all necessary appliances. Enjoy air conditioning and heating in every room, high-speed Wi-Fi for video calls, a private TV, washing machine, dryer, and baby equipment (travel cot, high chair). Families will appreciate the children’s books provided.



Relax in the private garden with stunning views of the sea and lagoon, or swim in the heated outdoor pool (open May to September or mid-October), secured by barriers and a rolling cover. The property offers private covered and uncovered terraces, 2 bedroom balconies, an outdoor shower, and a barbecue for shared meals. Pool equipment, sun loungers, and beach towels are provided.



Parking includes 1 garage spot, 4 on-site spaces, and street parking. A very small pet is allowed with prior approval. Events, large parties, or noisy gatherings are not permitted; please respect quiet hours from 11:30 p.m./midnight to 7:30 a.m. The neighborhood is friendly, peaceful, and courteous. Ground floor has step-free access. Close to public transport and the beach. Tennis court 15 minutes’ walk away. A bus connects the villa, the Corniche, and the beaches. Small pet allowed with prior agreement.
