Welcome to this apartment located only 100 metres from the fine sandy beach of Le Lazaret. With its 27 m² and its 6 m² terrace on the ground floor, this comfortable living space offers everything you need for a successful holiday. The apartment is equipped with a television and has a kitchenette with 2 electric hobs, a fridge, a dishwasher, a microwave, a filter coffee maker and everything you need to prepare meals. A children's play area is also present on the Residence, including a ping-pong room, two tennis courts, a swimming pool and a paddling pool. At night, you will find two single beds in the living room and two bunk beds in the cabin corner. The bathroom with bathtub completes the facilities of this functional apartment. Private underground parking (L 4.75m x W 2.26m). Ideally located near the sea, this accommodation is perfect for families wishing to fully enjoy the joys of the beach. You can also discover the surroundings, such as the town centre of Sète 2.5 km away, the international golf course of Cap d'Agde 25 km away or the Aqualand 25 km away.
