Holiday rental in Sète: Air-conditioned studio apartment of 21 m² located in a quiet, tree-lined residence, facing the beach and south-facing. From its loggia, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and the sand. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with elevator access, just 30 m from the beach and 400 m from shops. The living area includes a 160 cm sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchenette (2-burner cooktop, mini-oven, refrigerator-freezer, washing machine). The sleeping alcove has two bunk beds. The bathroom, with sink and shower, is separate from the toilet. Private parking space #398 is included, secured by an automatic gate with a security guard, as well as a bicycle storage area within the residence. Apartment rated 2 stars (sleeps 4). Pets allowed: €30\. Late arrival possible: €50 (contact us for details)
