« Expedia confirmed my booking and took payment. Around two hours later, the host cancelled because of “an error with the calendar” — for a stay that was due the very next day. That alone was bad enough, but the refund process made it worse. It took two days and three phone calls to Expedia to chase a proper refund, after the first refund shown was only partial. So I was left with no accommodation, wasted time, unnecessary stress, and then had to fight to get back the money I should never have...

« I would 100% recommend a stay here. The hosts were exceptional with their contact throughout right from when we made the booking. They could not have been more helpful and always responded very promptly and helped with recommending a local pub which was really nice. The accommodation was lovely and the garden area was beautiful and the hot tub temperature was perfect. We would definitely stay here again. »

« Disappointing check-in experience Unfortunately, my experience with this property was very disappointing, particularly the check-in process. Before arrival, I was asked by the property owner to make an additional payment directly to a bank account. « This property and the people that run it is excellent. It is ideal for the single traveller or a couple who just require a comfortable base whilst touring the area and the rest of Norfolk.
