Bathtub Lies ,
So they have a bathtub in the room. That could be a jacuzzi. It’s massive and takes about 6 hours to fill up because the water presser is so slow/soft. I’m not exaggerating about the 6 hours. Also the plug for the tub does not fit properly so the water runs out as you put it in. The room is very small. They have a self check in machine which is convenient. If you don’t know Seoul it’s not that easy to find. But closest to exit 8 of Yeoksam station on the green line. Then there are a few turns before you find it.

It’s good! Very convenient. Just finished my trip. Its closest station is Yeoksam Station, just about a 3-4 min walk. Exit 8 or 7 would bring you there. From Exit 8, just walk straight past the tall building and turn Left. You Will see GS25. Just walk straight past GS 25 and Turn Right and walk a bit more and you reach. It’s very convenient and they refill the stuff on most days except the last days Cos maybe we went out late. They keep changing the toothbrush too And soap Everyday too so I felt bad so I didn’t use it I kept my old one.

It was good overall: convenient location, affordable price, cleaniness etc. The only disappointing aspect of my stay was that the room was too hot! It got so hot that I woke up in the middle of the night (around 3 am). I asked the staff to do somethinf about it and they told me to open the windows in my room...

Yet another excellent stay at this hotel.
This is my 4th stay here. I use this place often for business trips. For the price they offer a quiet clean and comfy room. No real extras, but a value for the area.

2nd time staying, will be back next week for too
This is a great business hotel. The rooms are a little small but for the price (including parking) it is a great deal. Near Yeoksam station if you need a train, tons of taxi stands around, or just walk to most places. I go here for business and just end up walking or taking an electric scooter out of my trunk to ride if its really hot or cold.

Great staff but very hard bed.
The staff was terrific, the lobby, parking all good. The room was simple but nice & clean, amenities provide free of charge along with bottled water. The bed however was very firm. I had hurt my back earlier in the day so it was very uncomfortable. The shower area was good but no tub to soak. I would stay there again if I'm in town but I'll bring a bed topper.

1st, the staff over there was very nice, helped my texi driver to find location. When I get into my room it was ok, but strong smell, I opened up windows even its kind freezing. But ends up i saw there are several sting marks on my bedsheet, it gross me out....

Convenient but dirty.
There were spider webs in the room I stayed in. The cleaning staff were not savvy at all. I didn't need my soap replaced everyday. I would have much appreciated if they got rid of spider webs. The room was quite dark too.

Not so much bang for buck
Stay was simple. But checking in was rather difficult. The initial room I requested wasn't available (2 months in advance) and the room I they gave me as the option wasn't close to what I paid for. No one spoke English so using google translate and them having to call someone as the middle man was kinda strange. I was told to then stay in the 2nd room until they could give me a high floor/better room. At 1130 at night....The room was nice and what would be what I paid for range only issue was there were holes in the sheets .. like bugs two morning I did infact have bug bits. I could look over this but a lot of the services that are featured on they're what we do card the front desk host had to X out simply cause they don't do those services anymore. Tv selection was great. Wifi I lucky was able to take the neighbors cause the hotels wouldn't work, but this place lacked in so much missed opportunity

Good place, though the regular rooms were more for less than 24hr stays? Got upgraded to a superior room for a great price, that room was luxurious and awesome!

Great location, reasonable priced
Great location, a few mins walk to Yeoksam subway station or a slightly longer but nice stroll away from Gangnam, with its great shopping and dining options. Room was very clean, huge bathtub and giant TV! Well worth the money!

This hotel is not smoke free hotel.
There're no non-smoking room at all. If you want smoke free environment, you need to pick other hotel. I complained to staff but they only suggested me to open the window for a while which does not help. :(

Didn't have a terrace. Safe did not work. Transferred rooms and then AC did not work. They forgot to bring breakfast one day. Staff is wonderful. Hard to beat how nice the staff is.

Extremely friendly staff. Very helpful. Close to Subway station and close to Airport bus. They advertised a Bar, and Hotels.com advertised a Bar, but there was NO Bar. Only tables for coffee. NO Alcohol.

Room much smaller than it appeared in the photos. Much space was allocated to the double-computer desks and a separate bathtub area. Perhaps it's useful for a romantic couple, but very little space left for luggages. The Korean set breakfast is normal while the western one is mediocre. Not bad for location

It's NOT as good as it looks!
We stayed at the Avenue H Hotel for my husband's birthday, hoping for a fun Seoul weekend getaway. However, we found our room was far less appealing than it looked in the pictures online. Everything was extremely dark so that our room felt like a modern dungeon. Our room was dirty and the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The free breakfast was not worth eating: some wilted lettuce, greenish tomatoes, cold creamy soup, and squares of sourdough bread. We went with friends, and their non-smoking room smelled of smoke. Overall, we were extremely disappointed in the hotel. It was not worth the money, even at a discounted rate. The only upside was the jetted tub (which really was great!) and the location.

Nice location but poor housekeeping
Very close to Yeoksam Station. There's a convenient store around the corner. But the housekeeping quality is quite poor because there's hair on bedsheet, towel and even in bathtub. And the bathrub is not clean. The silicone of tile in bathroom fell out for no reason which made me worry(H Avenue Hotel supposed to be a new hotel.......) so the staff helped me changing to another room. But there's still hair on bedsheet in the second room..... They really need to improve their housekeeping.

it was a great stay for us. we stayed in this hotel for about a week and it was great! it was near to all the places we wanted to visit and it is just an exit away from Gangnam. :} They have breakfast in bed every day, it was a great add on to their free service! I would recommend this hotel to all of my friends who are staying in Seoul.

Great for an inexpensive stay
The hotel is located right in the middle of Gangnam-Nu. It's not your average hotel. I think it's for stays of less than 24 hours. The staff was very nice. They forgot to deliver my breakfast on the last day of my stay. But they did take me to the airport for only 50,000 won. That's about 10,000 won cheaper than a real taxi service.

Staff very kind and pleasant. They even drove us home across town free of charge. One complaint that I have is the room smelled strongly of paint and the room was uncomfortably warm. Also the beds are extremely HARD! Sheets were nice and cozy but I woke up with a head and backache.

온도조절 안되는 찜질방 같은 곳
일단 겉보기에는 깔끔해보였으나, 온도를 아무리 내려도 내려가지 않는 온도에 더워서 잠을 잘 못잤고, 에어컨을 틀려니 에어컨이 너무 더러워서 먼지가 날려 못 틀고, 밖에 소음이 창문을 닫아도 너무 나서 잠을 이루지 못하였습니다. 샤워실에 바디워시 없이 샴푸 2개와 트리트먼트가 있었고 블로그에서 보던 욕조와 어메니티는 없었네요 조식메뉴에는 적어놨지만 없던 것도 있었습니다. 전반적으로 불만족스러운 숙박이였습니다.

최악의!!
호텔스닷컴 싸이트사진보고 신축인줄 알았는데.. 엄청 낡아보이고 지저분했습니다.. 먼지가 금고위에도 아래칸에도 창문틀에도 여러곳에서 폴폴날려서 제가 대충 보이는곳은 닦고 잤는데.. 엄청 불쾌하더군요ㅠ 주변에 모텔급들 호텔과 모텔들이 동서사방 즐비해서 애데리고 여행하는 저로서는 완전 별로였구요;; 이호텔역시 모텔급입니다.. 객실은 넘 좁았고 가격대비9만원대로 따져봐도 비추입니다!!
