"So, we chose this because it had really great reviews from about 4 people, but I’m not sure why! It is called a ‘resort’ but it’s not. It’s a dated Korean pension that had a tiny pool by a pizza restaurant. We arrived and the female owner was just really rude to us for most of our stay, so we just felt like we were constantly tiptoeing around and trying to avoid her. I don’t think she liked westerners. The rooms were quite run down and not that clean and we didn’t even have any drinking...

"Good and in a calm location. The front Sea is about 5 min walking down. The good beach is about 35 minutes walking distance. The hotel manager/owner (Kang) although friendly couldn’t speak English. IT’s recommended that you use google translator app when talking with Kang. "

"If you’re looking for a nice and quiet stay with a view, this is it. You can walk 5 mins to the seafront and enjoy the view. Within 10mins of walking, there are also a couple of dining option and convenience stores. Hot water is available for shower but needs to be set. "

"I chose Eco Suites because of the good ratings but our experience really wasn't great. One employee (a russian guy?) was actually helpful, while the others gave us contradicting information to just weren't helpful at all. For instance, when we asked how to do laundry we were first told to come back at 9 pm (!!!) and when we checked again the helpful guy assisted us instantly and also gave us big shower towels. Originally we were just provided small hand-towels and the other staff was reluctant...

"I recently stayed at The Some Pension with my mother and had a very nice experience. The rooms were very clean - including the washroom. The owners were very friendly and helpful and the location was very nice and quiet. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends who are looking for a nice place to stay during a visit to Jeju Island. "

"The Haemorat Pension was great! Very clean which is most important to us. It had 2 bathrooms and a fully self contained kitchen. It had one big Queen bed and then they had the extra sleeping mats for our kids. We loved that we could sleep our family of 5 there and not have to pay for an extra room like most of the hotels wanted. It was right across from the water and had a huge balcony. The owners were lovely and a bonus they own the coffee shop right below. It's very close to Aqua Planet...

"When I arrived around 1:30pm, there was no one in the lobby, we had to go to the family home in the back to yell for a person to come to the desk. The room looked ok at first, but the TV is very small, and many issues were discovered that made me leave for the nextdoor hotel after the first night of my 3 night trip. The AC unit and the shower head were covered in black mold, I cleaned the shower head myself just to feel somewhat less gross with it. The shower also had terrible water pressure...

"We really enjoyed our time at Stay in Jeju Hotel. Beautiful scenery that was pleasant after spending a week in busy Seoul and Busan. The breakfast options were both amazing. Overall, really great experience and highly recommend it to those who want to stay away from busy area and just enjoy a relaxing time while enjoying the view. "
