"Doppelbuchung durch Herrn Gertz, da er nicht bemerkt hat, dass er Kalender nicht synchronisiert hat noch dass er eine Zahlung für eine Woche erhalten hat, die er nicht mehr anbieten kann! Wir sind bei minus 15Grad in Sent gestanden ohne Dach über dem Kopf! Sehr schlechter Service, wir verlangen eine Beteiligung an den Zusatzkosten und behalten uns rechtliche Schritte vor."
