Gorgeous home on a beautiful lake with plenty of room for all of us. THe water was clear and warm - much nicer than what we have in central NC. Unfortunately our kids weren't able to join us until Wednesday evening. Beginning Thursday, Helene started coming Through and then on Thursday night, it came in earnest. Many trees down and no power but the house was fine. But as a result we had to cut our vacation short leaving Friday afternoon. All that being said, the Host was helpful and as accommodating as he could be. We'd rent there again in a heartbeat. Our kids will have stories to tell about how they rode out a hurricane on Lake Keowee. ##### Curtis B.
