Enjoy everything that lake life has to offer, only 20 minutes from Clemson's Memorial Stadium. This home provides maximum comfort and relaxation, with the convenience of a flat lot and short walk to the water. There are 2 fire pits along with a great deck area to lounge by the water. Windows all along the water side of the house provide incredible views. The island provides protection from heavy boat traffic. There is a natural gas grill and a big green egg for outdoor cooking. This house can sleep 6 in 3 queen beds, along with 3 additional comfy couches for sleeping a total of 9\. Location is close to downtown Seneca for easy access to shopping and restaurants. The drive to Clemson’s stadium is pretty convenient — at or under 20 minutes. The hosts were very proactive in reaching out to welcome us, responsive and kind. The place was decorated to the nines. A lot of real nice amenities that were well maintained. Grill was clean, Dock was in great repair, fire pit was perfect. The home is the perfect setting for two families with young kids. We were able to relax, enjoy the water, use the new fire pit and watch college football.
