We were given an upgrade to a bigger room on arrival which was a lovely touch. We were skiing and the hotel is a long way up a steep hill to the gondola. « Appartement une chambre avec balcon vue sur la vallée dans l’immeuble 2. Le site est composé de quatre immeubles qui sont reliés par des tunnels. L’appartement était bien équipé, propre et il était possible d’accéder directement à la promenade afin de se rendre au centre-ville en 10min à pied. En octobre, plusieurs restaurants sont fermés. Nous avons donc grandement apprécié le petit marché situé dans le bâtiment principale afin d’acheter quelque chose pour le petit-déjeuner. Le restaurant de...

« Eine verdunkelungs Gardine hatte keine funktion. Beim frühstücksbuffett fehlte die loebe am Detail. Käse und Wurstwaren wurden als klotz hingelegt bzw. Aus der packung so abgelegt. Sah nicht ansprechend aus. Man musste öfters darauf hinweisen, dass einige sachen schon vergriffen waren. Und was total irritierend war ist, dass es kaffeekapseln zu €1.50 das stück zu erwerben war wenn man ein "guten" Kaffee trinken möchte. Wir finden, das sollte inkl. sein, oder deutlich günstiger. Ansonsten waren...

« Unser Aufenthalt im Arosa Straubinger in Bad Gastein war rundum wunderbar. Das Personal war sehr nett und aufmerksam, und das Hotel selbst ist ein wirklich besonderer Ort. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns das Frühstück im ehemaligen Ballsaal – eine tolle Atmosphäre und eine sehr gute Auswahl. Auch die Zimmer sind wunderschön gestaltet und haben viel Charme. Für uns persönlich wäre es schön gewesen, wenn der Wellnessbereich etwas länger geöffnet hätte. Außerdem hätte ich mich über ein Dampfbad...

« The apartment was very clean and large. With up to 6 personer being able to stay there. Two bathrooms was excellent. With a trampoline and a pool just outside made a large positive difference for the youngest kids. The pool was maintained daily and nicely clean. Also very convenient to have a pizzaria/restaurant right below the apartment. Very nice staff. Considering the price, I highly recommend this place. »
