La Casa Del Talaïot is located in a very quiet environment, with 7000m2 of land, and surrounded by a garden with a variety of trees and plants, we take care of our beautiful garden throughout the year.The property consists of a main house with 4 double bedrooms (1 bedroom with a "King Size" bed and ensuite bathroom; 2 bedrooms with a "Queen Size" bed and another with two single beds), 2 full bathrooms, 1 toilet, kitchen and living room. conservatory with a beautiful fireplace. All these rooms are located around an interior patio in the center of which there is a large palm tree, this patio can be covered with an awning and thus leave a wonderful multifunctional room (ideal for yoga or any other type of exercise). Adjacent to the living room is a large terrace/solarium and the 55m2 “L” shaped pool, the pool has a lower area designed to relax or where to play with the children. On the terrace you will have 6 sun loungers, a table and garden chairs, as well as access to the barbecue area. The pool lights up at night.In addition to the main house, we find the guest house, a space without internet connection to be able to disconnect and reconnect with nature and enjoy the wonderful views. In this attached house you will enjoy a mini kitchen, a full bathroom and a bedroom with a “King Size” bed.There is a large area to park cars of any size. #### Absolutely beautiful

The property is gorgeous and spotlessly clean. Away from town enough and still close to restaurants and needed items. The casita is another added benefit. I would certainly recommend it and stay there again. The owner was very sweet and stayed in touch.
