No parties allowed The country estate Sa Vinya Jove is located on a rural property close to Biniali with a total area of 14.500 m². The renovated country house boasts a minimalist, modern interior and a large outdoor area. The 2-storey finca offers 210 m² of living space, a living/dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms as well as 4 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 10 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace, satellite TV, a baby cot and a high chair. Outside there are several terraces, a covered barbecue area with a dining area, a large lawn and Mediterranean trees. Es war alles blitzsauber. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Gastfreundlichkeit von Susanna. Sie war „Tag und Nacht“ erreichbar, hat sich sofort um Anliegen gekümmert und auch gerne mit Tips versorgt, wenn man ein Restaurant oder anderes gesucht hat. Selten so eine bemühte und freundliche Vermieterin kennen gelernt. Die Villa ist wärmstens zu empfehlen, wenn einem eine ruhige Lage und Sauberkeit wichtig ist. Cons: Einzigst die abgesonderte Lage gibt minimalem Abzug. Leider kann man alles (Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants etc.) nur mit einem Auto erreichen. Für Kinder oder zum gemütlichen Liegen eine flache Ebene und eine tiefere Ebene zum schwimmen. Ansonsten 3 große Schlafzimmer deren Ausgänge alle zum Garten gehen. Eine gemeinsame Küche und Wohnzimmer und von dort aus noch zwei kleine Schlafzimmer im 1 OG. Eine Terrasse direkt beim Pool und eine direkt neben der Küche. Für uns eine tolle Aufteilung, sodass wir uns mit zwei befreundeten Familien gut aufteilen konnten. Am Pool ist noch ein WC, sowie eine Grillmöglichkeit. Zudem genügend Liegen und für die Kinder noch eine Schaukel. Alles sehr schick und modern eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin ist immer gut erreichbar für Rückfragen zu Ausflügen oder auch falls es mal ein Problem geben sollte. Die Wohnung sehr ländlich, also man hat auf jeden Fall seine Ruhe umgeben von der Landschaft und den Wein-Anbaugebieten. Man braucht aber in jedem Fall ein Auto zur Anreise und auch zum Einkaufen. Er zijn veel gezellige plekjes in het huis. Ideaal om te verblijven met gezinnen. De kamers boven zijn wel kleine zolderkamertjes dus enkel geschikt voor kleinere kinderen die ook een trap af kunnen. Meisjes van 8 jaar sliepen in het kleinste kamertje en daarnaast sliepen 2 jongens van 10 en 14 jaar. Voor ons gezelschap super! Het zwembad is top en de andere kamers zijn zeer ruim en gezellig. Alles was ook super proper. De host Susana was fantastisch! Een persoonlijk en warm onthaal en ze reageerde op iedere vraag super snel. We vertrokken met spijt in ons hart. Cons: We verbleven 2 weken en een tussentijdse poetsbeurt zou aangenaam geweest zijn.
