Right behind the beach, this freshly renovated, huge private villa sits atop of 2.000 m2 land. Relax amidst the enormous exotic tropical gardens and peaceful water features, or enjoy the modern villa’s refreshed bohemian interiors. Celebrate your well-deserved Bali holiday in style and lounge at the huge pool with its king-size day beds. Our expert staff will be available to assist you throughout your holiday, with cleaning provided six days a week.  
  
The Space:  
Be among the first to experience the charm of this exquisite Balinese retreat, at its fresh new launch. We're excited to start welcoming our first guests to the property!  
  
Guest Access:  
The whole villa is yours to enjoy. You will have full access to all the available facilities and services with absolute and complete privacy. Feel free to use the pool, the garden, and the entirety of the house as you please.   
  
You can access the villa from a quiet alley. The villa features a private parking space, suitable for 2 medium-sized cars or several motorbikes. Each bedroom comes with its own key set that includes the entrance gate.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
Right behind the beach (50m). Prime location without compromising your peace and privacy. Steps away from Oberoi and Petitenget street, you’re well placed within walking distance of the famous Petitenget Beach. Step out of the villa’s quiet alley onto one of the most popular streets in Seminyak, full of great shopping, restaurants, and bars!  
  
Well isolated from the hustle and bustle, your private villa gives all the energy of a secluded tropical retreat, but wander outside, and you’re right next to Bali’s favorite hotspots. Surround yourself with some of the trendiest spots for dinner and a drink, perfect for the aspiring foodie! You’ll find no shortage of great options nearby from Ku De Ta, Mano Beach Club, Shishi Night Club, Potatohead Beach Club, Merah Putih Restaurant, and many more.
