GITE "AU CADRAN SOLAIRE" - 3 Epis - In the Heart of Alsace
Located in the center of Alsace in the Val de Villé, an old winegrower's farm from 1725, independent from that of the owner, restored with charm and taste opens its doors to you in an authentic atmosphere.
Half-timbering, woodwork, cut stone, period furniture denote the atmosphere of this charming house.
10 minutes from the famous Alsace wine route and its charming colorful villages, at the foot of Haut Koenigsbourg and halfway between Strasbourg (45km) and Colmar (30km), we will welcome you for a stay in a region predestined in rest, hiking in beautiful forests or excursions and visits to the many museums in the region (Unterlinden, Automobiles, Europapark, etc.)
Our house is located in the heart of a small village in the middle of the mountain, calm without any major traffic, in which you will find nearby (less than 1 km) all useful shops as well as doctors and pharmacies.
For those nostalgic for music of yesteryear, we also have on site our private museum of "mechanical music" (barrel organs, etc.), as well as a folk art museum to show you around, or offer you a hike ( accompanied) on donkeys (for children) and thus discover the charms of our forests!
And if at the end of the day of visits or other hikes, nothing better than to take full advantage of our SPA, at your disposal!
Important:> The basic capacity of this gîte is 4 people, but on request it can be extended up to 8 people (two additional bedrooms + bathroom) (Additional price)

Beautiful character property
We has a very comfortable week in this lovely home.
Full of interesting personal historic items.
A visit to the private museum was a highlight - sorry for my terrible waltzing!!
Ideally situated for winter activities with a huge hot tub to relax in post exercise.
Bernard was the perfect host.

Familienkurzurlaub über Ostern
Der Vermieter sehr freundlich und hieß uns herzlich willkommen. Die Gegend und der Ort selbst sind sehr schön und idyllisch und das Haus fantastisch eingerichtet. Es war eher schwer zu finden, da die Bilder im Inserat von außen teils ungenau sind. In so einem kleinen Ort fallen Touristen aber auf und werden dann in Empfang genommen und gelotst. Auf den Bildern sind teilweise private Bereiche zu sehen, die nicht für Besucher zugänglich sind.
Ein kleines Manko gibt es für große Menschen und gemischte Gruppen: die Betten sind antik also eher kurz und das Bad ließ sich leider nicht abschließen.

Séjour au top
Gite très bien placé et l hôte très agréable et à l écoute. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans un gîte typique d Alsace
Juste dommage que la salle de jeu n était pas disponible

Une propriété typiquement alsacienne nous imprégne pleinement de l'ambiance alsacienne,très calme et qui permet d'être rapidement sur les sites que nous voulions voir
Le propriétaire est une personne que je qualifierais de "personnage" à la fois discret et riche de ses passions et de sa région, ce qui nous a permis de mieux comprendre l'Alsace historique

Toujours parfait...
C'est toujours un plaisir de revenir chez Bernard, une vraie maison alsacienne où l'on se sent bien, c'est à portée de voiture de tout ce qu'on veut visiter, Colmar et les magnifiques villages de la route des vins avec la magie de Noël présente partout.
Bernard nous a conseillé un restaurant où l'on a pu déguster une excellente choucroute...
C'est pas pour rien qu'aucune période n'est disponible actuellement, et c'est mérité,

Schöne gemütliche Ferienwohnung
Schöne gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit rustkalem Stil, aber trotzdem mit den modernen Annehmlichkeiten der heutigen Zeit. Für unseren Aufenthalt perfekt. Auch die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr günstig, man erreicht in kurzer Zeit einige sehenswerte Ausflugsziele .
