« The property was very quiet and ideally located as advertise. Be advised that there are steep stairs to carry your suitcases. The placement of air conditioners could be improved. And the cleanliness of the pillows, and comfort of the mattresses could be greatly improved. It was a nice surprise to have an Nespresso machine and capsules. And it worked out just fine for our one night stay during a family wedding at the Sayville resort. »

« Upon arrival, there was a notice of non payment of almost 4000 from the electric company on the door so I was concerned I would lose electric. The grounds seemedover grown and unkept. There was no TV, no hot water in the kitchen with a brokenhot water knob which would have needed a wrench. « The property location is picture perfect for anyone who loves the water and sunsets. I would caution that getting to the house from the road can be a challenge as it is a significant stairway. The homeowners were great, very accommodating and a pleasure to meet. As dog-owners we truly appreciated the ability to bring our pups with us.The town, just a short walk away, is very charming and offers quality food options and quaint shoppes to browse and shop.
