The curtains don't cover these windows entirely, meaning people getting in and out of their cars get quite the view. "Spent a week there - family get-together in quiet place with hiking trips. We loved it. Cooking together and enjoyed dinner on the terrace which is clearly understated in the pictures online, it is a dream with a view you wont forget. "Cette maison de montagne était charmante et spacieuse…. un rêve ! C'était propre, bien équipé et le propriétaire était gentil et a répondu rapidement. Nous avons acheté des repas, du pâté et de la confiture à Roselyn et Thiery. C'était une option très pratique et les repas étaient délicieux, à base de viande de chasse de Thiery et d'ingrédients frais et locaux. Nous reviendrons certainement. Merci."

It's location is great, the garden, with the swimmingpool is very nice and the interior of the house is nice too! Also the house is extremely well equiped. We only stayed a few days, but a longer stay would be very well possible too. Finally it is good to mention that the host is very helpfull and friendly."

"The gite is in a quiet street in the authentic and accessible mountain village of vicdessos. A car is handy for accessing some fabulous mountain walking. The gite is very well equipped with a good kitchen and bathroom. There is a good unfussy garden space with views. The sofa isn’t great but the main bed is comfortable. The village has a restaurant / bar - serving good local beers and decent food."

"Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans le gîte. Le chalet est bien situé, beaucoup de randonnées à proximité. La vue sur la montagne est jolie. Par contre plusieurs points ont terni notre séjour. Tout d'abord l'entretien du gîte : les photos d'intérieur de l'annonce ne correspondent pas gîte où nous étions ; le jardin n'est pas entretenu, il est inaccessible du fait des herbes hautes ; à l'intérieur, poils de chien un peu partout notamment sur les tissus (comme les dessus de lit), porte de placard...

"The hotel is located near the center of the city with a walking distance to restaurants, stores and even a large supermarket. There is a parking space next to the hotel (not an official garage). Since we visited out of the high season, we had no problem finding a space. Regarding the employees, some are very kind and some aren't. The air-conditioner in our room wasn't really effective. Breakfast was mediocre. "

"The hotel is classed as 2 star and I guess that's about right, but I stayed in a 4 star the day after my stay at Hotel Blu Aran and immediately wished I could go back. It's honest, clean and the staff are wonderfully friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the kitchen could not provide dinner but the receptionist was wonderful and offered a suggestion in town which was one of the best meals I've ever had. The view from the room was idyllic and I have already planned my return next year"
