Spacious apartment
Big and spacious apartment has everything you need for family stay. Kitchen is well equipped, location is great with a supermarket nearby, has underground parking.

Fantastic customer service - central location
Amazing customer service, both before arrival, during check-in and during our stay. The apartment was clean and had plenty of clothes hangers (always an issue) and a safe in our bedroom. The bathroom was functional, although a refresh might be useful. The only thing missing were enough sockets - other than that, definitely recommended!

great little community in the Austrian Alps outside Innsbruck. We went in April, so limited options of restaurants being open, but hotel was great. Lovely relaxation area with Sauna downstairs. As a North American, you need to be ok with complete nudity of local patrons in the sauna.

Great stay
Fantastic location right next to pedestrian zone and swimming pool. 10 mins walk to Gschwandtkopft ski lifts and ski bus to Roshutte outside apartments. Ski depot in basement. Apartment well appointed and reception very helpful and friendly. Check in is self service a very easy.

Cute place, great views, clean sheets and bathroom. Parking underground was convenient and plowed from snow. Grocery store with bakery right next door. Balcony with great views. Wifi was not great and pillows were very flat. Overall, a good stay.

It was a lovely appartment. It had everything you would need. However, there were small insects in the bedroom. We loved the view.

OK if you just need somewhere to lay your head
Location is good, room was adequate but very basic although the heating was great. Breakfast was really terrible - not much on offer, quality was awful and everything was cold including the hot stuff! Also didn't have any non-diary milk. Service wasn't great - nothing terrible but literally the bare minimum. Room was a bit dusty and beds uncomfortable. Definitely no where near a 4 star - would say 3 star at very best.

Difficult to communicate with the staff prior to the arrival. run down appartment.
No email exchange possible with the reception/office. Difficult to manage arrangement between Expedia and VBRO preventing the direct communication between the rental office and a customer. Run down apartment at the ground floor walk way without any protection had to closed at hot night.

Great spot in a ski village!
Front desk spoke limited English, and was closed in the afternoon/evening. They left a phone number to call - but phones in the room didn't work and we didn't have a local phone to call from.

Summer holidays in Tyrol
We really enjoyed our family stay in this appartment- very close to the centre and to some good walks, very comfortable and large enough for 4 people, nice spa area in the basement. Close to a supermarket - less than 5 min walk. Beautiful views from the balcony where we spent relaxing evenings playing board games and reading books.we now want to return here in winter.

Disappointing
Dull, badly lit apartment in the basement. Old fashioned furnishing. Kitchen supplied with mixed sized plates, glasses etc, no cutting knife. The fridge didn't have a freezer compartment. Had an overall feel of everything being done on the cheap. I wouldn't recommend staying there again

Overall 4/10 experience
The room was a surprise. Big bed, nice kitchen. Only problem is that we booked a room for 108 euro. Included taxes. After on the checkout they charge 50 euro for cleaning service. For us it was a bit of a surprise. Never ever have we got such a extra payment for the room. And we travel around a lot. The reception was closed after 4pm. So we found a key on the window in an envelope. There was no possibility to get cold drink nowhere in the hotel. The vending machine with drinks and snacks had a temperature of a 25 degrees. So when ever you stay there, take your own water and food with u. The view from the apartment balcony was not like on the picture. But we recommend the pizzeria Il Sole. Good food, friendly staff. Overall 4/10 stay from our family. God bless for free Wi-Fi.

Be sure of what you are paying
I had an issue concerning quoted price. I was confirmed by email the price,but the hotel wished to charge extra for cleaning(previously not mentioned nor quoted) after resolving this issue eventually, the room, the area everything was fine. I do not know who was at fault - hotel.com or the hotel. A better confirmation would have avoided all this . Previous hotel.com bookings have been accurate and reliable

poor service, The 'kitchen' had no oven, no grill, no instructions as to how to use the hotplate. No condiments. No bathroom stuff, like soap...? Staff upstairs were not the most helpful! We won't stay again...

A good hotel with a dangerous problem! Must read.
Everything would be perfect if it wouldn't be for a big problem with the service. We arrived at 11:30 pm and there was no one at the reception! No one left us instructions how to get to our suite - via an e-mail or otherwise! Nobody responded to the customer service number, while they knew that new guests are expected!!!!!! Only in an hour and half later after multiple calls to Hotels.com customer service and calls again and again to the hotel's customer service number, a sleepy voice finally responded that our keys are hidden in a safe on a wall and provided its code! That's a ridiculously bad service and that's very disrespectful to the customers!!

A story tale
At first, it felt tense, since neither my wife nor myself had any idea of what to expect. We came from the Caribbean (Puerto Rico) and had no previous knowledge on how travelling by car in Europe would be. Much less on where were we be staying. that day and night. Upon arrival all the tension started to disappear little by little. Nadine (the hostess) took care of making us feel at ease.and from there on it all became a sensation of living a story tale from those books you read when a child. Though it was a short stay, definitely will look forward to spend a longer time in the future. Already recommended the hotel to some friends and family members. Gratitude to all who were part of this experience.

Excellent apartment hotel, very clean and spacious. Our unit on the lower floor had two very comfortable single beds pushed together and two walk out deck areas with a view of the alps. Towels are provided, but be sure to bring your own soap/shampoo! Staff was very friendly and was able to accommodate a late check in. Parking is underground at the back of the building and is serviced by an elevator. The location of the hotel is excellent - within a few minutes walk of multiple grocery stores. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone!

Hotel was in a great location, right next to the grocery store and within a couple minutes walking to the town's downtown. Had travelled with the whole family and the hotel service was great and very accomodating.

Get there before 6pm for check in if possible.
It unfortunately rained for the 24 hours we were there so had little time to explore. The town is what I would expect from a ski resort, only we were there in early Sept. The Austrian mountains in general were spectacular. As we arrived just after 6pm we were instructed to retrieve the key from a safety box outside the hotel. This worked fine enough but with no reception/concierge available, there wasn't anyone to ask for information about the town etc. We ended up waling into the busier end of town for dinner. The next morning we had breakfast at the hotel, this was fairly basic but adequate. Staff were friendly enough.

Amazing hotel in beautiful town.
Excellent hotel, nice room and great view. Location is just perfect. We booked it as a cheaper option close to Innsbruck but once we arrived we didn't feel the need to go to Innsbruck. It is a fantastic town and the hotel is also perfect!. 5 mins walk from supermarket as well as the downtown and 15 mins by car to Rosshutte. Only regret is that we only booked two days at this place

The rooms were very nice and clean. From the outside the hotel seems old and un-maintained. The corridors are a little scury... The reception works from 8-19. We arrived at 21:00 and saw a letter for us to get a code to a safe from another hotel, in which we can find the key to our room. Felt a bit like "find the treasure" game which is not a nice feeling carrying a family with 2 tired small children with you at such a late hour. (I must say we did not say on advancec we would arrive late since we did not know that).

We loves this hotel/condo! After a long day of traveling it was nice to arrive at such a beautiful location. The condo was nice. There is a great Austrian restaurant right around the corner that you must go to! The food is great and the atmosphere is wonderful. We will return for ski season. The location is outstanding and beautiful.

Couldn't be better!
We absolutely loved this hotel. We arrived very late and there wasn't any staff about, but they left a phone number to call and they gave us instructions on how to get our key. That's good security! When we saw the staff the next day they were friendly and helpful and served a great breakfast! Our apartment was much bigger than we expected and the kitchen had everything you needed. (Tip: Make sure you check every cupboard when looking for utensils and equipment.) There were shutters on the windows which came in handy (was very sunny, very early!) and our balcony was HUGE with mountain views. There's a supermarket 2 mins away, the station is 4 mins, and Seefeld centre is only a 5 minute walk. We will definitely be coming back! :D

We stopped in Seefeld on the way from vacation on Elba. It was pleasant surprise, we wished we could stay longer. Apartment is very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Highly recommended.
