Welcome to your captivating 7-bedroom Sedona getaway, where breathtaking mountain views and luxurious comfort await. This spacious home is your private oasis, perfectly positioned just minutes from Sedona’s most iconic red rock landmarks.

Guest access
Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire 7-bedroom home, including all indoor and outdoor spaces. This includes the private backyard, pool, hot tub, putting green, and all other listed amenities.

For your convenience, we provide:
* Self check-in with a smart lock for easy, keyless entry.
* Full access to a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
* A Pack 'n Play and a high chair for families traveling with young children.
* A comprehensive electronic guidebook, sent three days before your check-in, with all property details and local recommendations.

Other things to note
* **Pool Heating:**
Pool Policy: Pool is available from March 1st to December 1st. Pool may be heated during your stay for an additional fee of $120/night. Please note that the pool temperature can depend on the outside temperature.

* **Early Check-in/Late Check-out:** These may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Please submit requests at least 24 hours in advance.

* **Pets:** Pets are welcome (max 2, up to 50 lbs each). A one-time $200 pet fee applies per pet and is shown at checkout once a pet is added. Pets must be disclosed prior to arrival. Please keep them supervised, do not allow roaming in the neighborhood, and keep them off beds, sofas, and furniture. Thank you!

* **Garbage Disposal:**
Please use the provided drawstring liner bags for all trash. Do not place loose garbage into the outdoor cans.

* **Deliveries & Personal Items:**
We are not responsible for any packages delivered to the property or for personal items left behind after checkout.

* **Travel Insurance:**
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip from unforeseen circumstances.

The property had not been cleaned properly. My daughter cleaned the bathrooms and a set of sheets had to be laundered before using. There are four outlets without covers, two under the kitchen counter, one in the suite bedroom off of the kitchen and one downstairs in the bunk room behind the door. The other downstairs bedroom has an outlet sticking out from the wall. Numerous light bulbs blown/not working. Only one of the patio ceiling fans worked. About half of the outside lights around the pool were working. Top light on the stairs was not working. There are dings in the walls. The fridge makes ice but does not dispense it. I communicated this along with more and they said all would be fixed after we leave. I hope someone follows up to make sure this happens. This house has great potential but it needs maintenance and a good cleaning. The layout was perfect for our family.

Nice house for Spring Break

House was nice but a little more run down than in the pictures. Tiles in the pool and hot tub were falling off, pool and hot tub lights didn’t work and things overall were a little dated. We had trouble with a couple of things and were told to read the house manual. They ultimately were fixed, and the handyman was super friendly and helpful. Overall, Sedona is beautiful and it is easy to enjoy your stay in such a lovely place.

**What a Great Stay!** We recently stayed at this amazing Vrbo listing, and it exceeded all our expectations! Here are just a few highlights: - The house is spacious enough to comfortably accommodate a group of 18, making it perfect for large gatherings. - The hot tub and pool were impeccably clean and a big hit with everyone in our group. - The location is unbeatable—just a short drive to all the scenic trails and conveniently close to a grocery store for anything we needed. - The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need and more, from kitchen essentials to extra amenities. - Communication with the host was quick, clear, and incredibly helpful. They even checked in multiple times during our stay to ensure everything was going smoothly. - The host provided great recommendations for things to do in Sedona, which added a personal touch to our trip. - House rules were straightforward, and the check-in and check-out process was a breeze. - It's a fantastic property for families—very kid-friendly with plenty of space to play and relax. - The entire house, including the bathrooms, was spotless, making our stay even more comfortable. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, spacious, and well-located home in Sedona. this home was beautiful! It was the perfect accommodation for 11 people. with so much space we never felt over crowded. during our stay we did not need to ask the host for a single thing. towels were provided, linen was enough and very warm and cozy! everything worked! it was pleasantly relaxing. you can message the host when you’re ready for them to remotely head the jacuzzi and their replies are prompt. none of the checkin or checkout process was difficult at all. very seamless and self explanatory. i’d stay at this property time and time and time again. it was beautiful

It was awesome..

The house was cozy and clean. Well equipped. Had everything we needed. The responses from the property manager/host were quick. The scenery in the back is beautiful. backyard is amazing and beautiful space to hangout. Rooms are perfect and private in themselves with most of them having access to outdoors.We had 2 issues. one room downstairs with bunk beds has no air conditioning.... there is no vent that goes to that room- this is according to the service person who came to help..... and the fan to the fire place did not work and could not be fixed.Overall it is an amazing cared for property.. I would totally recommend it.

50th wedding anniversary with family

On our arrival we noticed a few issues. We notified the property manager. They promptly sent out a handy man & cleaning person to remedy the problems. We were involved in the transfer of property management companies which complicated things that normally would have gone smoothly. The home was very comfortable. The outdoor grounds need a bit of sprucing up but we enjoyed the pool & hot tub.
