The first night I was upstairs in room 209 and it had not been remodeled. It rained in the night and I have a dog I have to take out at least once at night so I was a little nervous about navigating wet steps at night so I asked to be moved to a lower level room for the remainder pg my stay. The room was much nicer it new tile flooring throughout and clearly was just revamped so I was much happier. We were not notified of the location or check-in process until 11:30 PM the night of arrival. VRBO paid for another room for the first night as they were unable to reach the host or owner. We then had to move to the next morning to the PRE-PAID location. Repacking and moving all refrigerated items we had purchased to another location for one night. It was not nearly as nice as the room we had when stranded. I am extremely reluctant to use VBRO again. ##### Carol F.
