"my friend fell asleep in the room and when I got there my key would not work for the door and neither would any of the additional keys they made for me neither would the master key to which the worker said she didn't really know what else to do so I had to pound on the door until I woke my friend to let me in"

"We had a wonderful stay and were impressed by how much thought went into the little details that made our visit comfortable. The room was large, spacious, and very clean. The updated bedding was lightweight and perfect for warm summer nights, and the bathroom had plenty of counter space, making it easy for our family to get ready each day. One of my favorite features was the quiet-close toilet seat—a small touch that made a noticeable difference. The soundproofing between rooms was also excellent, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The property itself is beautiful, with well-lit walkways and inviting outdoor spaces. We especially appreciated the BBQ area, fire pit, volleyball court, and playground, which made it easy to spend time outdoors. Breakfast was another highlight. It was served from 6:00–10:00 a.m. and offered fresh ingredients that you could prepare yourself, giving everyone plenty of options to start the day. The only improvement I would suggest is offering a way for guests on longer stays to request fresh towels, toilet paper, or other essentials without having housekeeping enter the room. For guests who choose to decline room service for privacy, having a simple delivery option would be a great convenience. The ease of pre-checking in and checking out via phone was a great option. Overall, this hotel clearly pays attention to the details that make guests feel comfortable. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to others."

"The overall experience was wonderful. The rooms were quiet and the staff was extremely helpful, especially Ashley. I would recommend some upgrades as parts of the hotel seemed outdated. Another recommendation is to have the "bump" fixed where you enter the parking lot as it can cause some damage to vehicles."
