The property is excellently located — very convenient and accessible. The staff is friendly and always willing to help, which made our stay pleasant overall.
There are, however, a few areas for improvement:
1. The elevator availability is limited — having only one per tower is insufficient for the number of guests.
2. The air conditioning in the rooms is extremely noisy, which can be disruptive at night.
3. Room cleaning every three days feels too infrequent; more regular housekeeping would be appreciated.
On the positive side, the breakfast service is very good, and the parking facilities are outstanding.
Overall, a solid option with great potential if a few things are addressed.
