Quaint, nearly new Cape on 3 wooded acres, with all of the amenities to keep you warm at night, including a wood burning stove and a hot tub just steps from the side entrance. Master suite on the first floor, and a loft and two bedrooms on the second floor with a full bath. Heated in ground pool open seasonally. Pleasant Mountain skiing and Bridgton less than a half hour away, North Conway is less than an hour. The home was clean and welcoming. Whenever we had a question Mike and Holly were very quick to respond. The area around the home is beautiful and there is plenty of privacy.
