This room had a refrigerator with a dedicated freezer, it was perfect to freeze my gel pack for the next leg in our trip.

El Hotel es muy limpio, cerca del aeropuerto, tienen transporte al aeropuerto y al centro comercial, el desayuno muy bueno y el personal del hotel muy amable , en especial las del breakfast room.

Property was nice. Was given a room (200) that was said to be a sought after room but as it is street side it was very noisy due the fact that you hear all the traffic buzzing by. My opinion is that rooms street side should have better noise insulating glass. The other issue was that you felt and heard all the running around from the room directly above. You can’t control who is above you but I didn’t expect to hear every scamper the child above had. I also have no ill will to those guests as toddlers are toddlers and have the right to do their thing as it’s not out of character for a family to just be. It’s more again the noise insulation barrier between rooms. After the first night of a not great sleep I asked the front desk about my options. They happily moved me to a comparable room on the top floor mid building, between the busy road the light rail track. What a difference! Everything was great again! Thanks to the staff for doing that for me and my son. It really made a difference between a great experience and a nightmare.

This is a good hotel to stay in if you want to be closer to the airport. The hotel seemed a bit older, and some maintenance upgrades were needed. The room was nice and adequate, but noise from other rooms could be heard easily. The breakfast was less than desirable, but it offered a variety of different foods.

The room was amazing and the staff was very friendly. So much noise though between the fast rail, people in the hallway, airplanes over head taking off at all hours and the traffic from the road. If you’re a lite sleeper this isn’t your place.

Everything was great but the shuttle driver who was supposed to pick us up after dropping off the rental. Drove right on by because I wasn't waving my arms at him!!! Because of this i didn't get much time to sleep at the hotel.

Parking was tight spaces. Shuttle was convenient and friendly driver. Breakfast was hot and fresh foods. Plenty of supplies. I liked it was a separate room from tables. Loved the complimentary water. Since I didn't have any for the night. 1 bedroom style room was spacious and comfortable.

Free shuttle was great. Right next to the light rail, but rarely heard a train. Also light rail station is about 2 blocks away and shuttle will pick you up. Only complaint is that the "handicapped room" was about as far away from the elevator as it could be. It was a very nice room/bathroom, but i can barely walk on a good day so this really did hurt.

Super friendly and professional staff! Shuttle driver gave great recommendation for dinner, staff at front desk was friendly and helpful! Offered complimentary waters and snacks! Staff working complimentary breakfast also smiley and helpful! Facilities were very clean. Location super convenient for SEATAC travel. Shuttle to/from airport and also many nearby restaurants was awesome! Highly recommend! Excellent value for price! Will definetly come back when traveling thru SEATAC!

The property was great for an overnight stay in between flights. Unfortunately, the customer service was lacking. Rylie working the front counter was less than helpful on more than one occasion during our stay and even had trouble issuing a room key. The airport shuttle driver was a lovely helper though!

We found the area not desirable but okay. The room seemed clean but the smell was kind of like mothballs. The oven was not working to had less breakfast options than usual. The staff was excellent!

Family of 4…spent a night and was happy. Clean modern property. Some sort of kitchen issue while we stayed resulted in no bacon! But oh well…probably didn’t need bacon anyway. Staff allowed us a late checkout which really helped. Room seemed larger then typical…beds comfy, nice place!

Nice and would stay here again.
Hotel was clean, front desk staff was friendly and polite. Only downfall was no hot breakfast do to ovens being broken. Had to go elsewhere for hot breakfast.
