Poorly run hotel

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Needs new management
Location: Limited restaurants.
Room was not cleaned, obvious prostitution going on, people eating and drinking in lobby, short on bath linen, no ice machine, no supplies for an extended stay such as glasses, cups, etc. Lobby unclean.

Mark at the front desk is a raciest

Pros: Nothing! I will never return!
Cons: Better employees who are not raciest and who care about the guest. Employees that go above and beyond to help the guests.
Location: Only bars and a gas station
Mark at the front desk refused to give a black guest clean towels. He eventually gave him a dish cloth to use as a bath cloth and told him that he was lucky that he was getting that. When I was up to check I my husband had walked in who is also a black man. We were told that we didn't have a reservation. I tried showing him my confirmation on my expedia app, my email, I even tried showing him where the money was already deducted out of my bank account.He still refused to allow us to check in even though he had availability. When I called it like I saw it and called him a raciest, he called the police on me.

Very nice hotel near the highway

Pros: Excellent rooms
Cons: Nothing I can think of.
Location: A bit remote from food and shopping for my tastes (I prefer walking, however)
Very good consolidations, good and friendly staff. Though there are a few stores within walking distance, you do need a vehicle to travel to places where you can dine.

It's a room...

Drove in to find two cars with cardboard placed where windows used to be. Trash seen in the stairwell at 8pm was still there the following morning, just spread out over a wider area. Asked for a "quiet" room and was placed in the north end of the building, facing a major freeway interchange. Presumably it was furthest from the traffic but not surprisingly 4 am brought a concert of heavy trucks rumbling up to the adjacent intersection, along with a chorus of jake brakes. Virtually no amenities provided with the room, not even a piece of paper to write on! Like I said, it's a room.

Check room thoroughly

Dirty sock and trash behind dresser, candy on floor upon check-in, broken rack in closet, beat up lamp shades, and hair found in the sheets. No thanks, I'll stay elsewhere next time.

one night get aways

stay at hotels in the area for a weekend get away. this one had poorly trained very slow staff. booked with Expedia. king size bed with studio. they gave my room away because it took me an hour to arrive after booking. gave me a queen and charged the full price of the king. continental breakfast was a granola bar and coffee. and police cruise through the lot every couple hours because we found out theives target the cars . that made for a no rest night. and the remodeling in our room was unfinished. smelled clean . room was clean neat. tv screwed to dresser lower then the bed so no bed tim tv watching . cause you cant see tv. staff wanted us to take out our room trash cans.? they have trash rooms at end of halls with large garbadge cans in them. high class right...lol...woner if the ritz caralton makes you dimp your trash?

I have stayed a few times and will continue to choose the hotel if I am in the area. The staff is very friendly and the price point is great!

I would stay there again for sure

It was good, staff was great and helpful the only bad thing I found was my kitchen sink was dirty and it would be nice to have a ice machine and a container in the room for ice but over all it was a good stay, I don't like traffic so any place with lots of traffic sucks but other than that your motel was easy to find.
