stay at hotels in the area for a weekend get away. this one had poorly trained very slow staff. booked with Expedia. king size bed with studio. they gave my room away because it took me an hour to arrive after booking. gave me a queen and charged the full price of the king. continental breakfast was a granola bar and coffee. and police cruise through the lot every couple hours because we found out theives target the cars . that made for a no rest night. and the remodeling in our room was unfinished. smelled clean . room was clean neat. tv screwed to dresser lower then the bed so no bed tim tv watching . cause you cant see tv. staff wanted us to take out our room trash cans.? they have trash rooms at end of halls with large garbadge cans in them. high class right...lol...woner if the ritz caralton makes you dimp your trash?
