This hotel was by far one of the dirtiest hotels I have every stayed at. Besides the whole place being filthy the boiler was out so we had no hot water which I get it things happen but I don't get how the hotel can be that gross and dirty when each guest is paying a minimum of $100 each day. My room was as if it wasn't even cleaned, our head board and the chair in there had the grossest stuff all over them I'm not even sure what exactly it was. I had to ask for cleaning supplies along with new sheets and blankets bc it was like the bedding had not been changed over. I ended up scrubbing our room with sanitizer and remaking the bed with the new sheets and blankets. In the halls and coradoor of the place it was full of dust bunnies and dirt and along the walls they had been plastered with gunk all through out them. I don't think the place had been cleaned throughly in months. I really hope for the sake of there hotel they make some changes and start cleaning up the place bc it has the potential of being a nice place.

To prevent this from happening again, I am in the process of retraining our housekeeping staff and will make sure we are thoroughly inspecting rooms prior to guest arrivals.
