Won't be returning

I've stayed here twice before in the last five years and have been satisfied; however, this latest stay (11/27-11/29) was quite poor and I won't be returning. The refrigerator and microwave were dirty, only the presets on the microwave worked (the number pad was completely unresponsive), the fluorescent lighting in the kitchen was missing a cover, and the bathroom smelled like someone had been smoking in it non-stop for a week (I had a non-smoking room). I had to call the front desk THREE times to get dishes delivered and the hairdryer never did show up.
