What a joke
Terrible place to stay. The hotel smelled musty and moldy and was in a pretty bad state of repair, but that is not the reason for the bad review. I called ahead to announce late arrival due to a flight delay. I got there, and they couldn't get the computer system to check me in, so after about 10 min, they gave me a room key and said they'd finish checking me in later. I left the next morning for work, and then some family visits and returned to the hotel about
10pm. My card key worked to let me in the back door, but did not work on my room door. Went to the front desk only to be told "you canceled your reservation last night, we put someone else that room". What!? I had left some stuff in the room. She had to call the manager, who at least knew where my stuff had been thrown, but I could hear her in the line with the employee. Very unprofessional. After hanging up the employee told me all they had left was King rooms, and I had Queen, so I was going to have to pay the higher full rate. This again I'd after they kicked me out of my room and gave it away to someone else! Ridiculous!! Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere that night, and will never return. Terrible experience!

Computer problems happen from time to time, and I am happy my staff used good judgment and gave you a room key with the promise to complete your check-in when the computer issue was resolved. With that said, I offer my personal apologies for what transpired when you arrived back at our hotel the next evening and you found someone else occupying your room. I cannot explain how this occurred and cannot apologize enough for the inconvenience and frustration this caused you. Although you stated you do not intend to return to our hotel, we extend the offer for you to come back and enjoy the positive stay experience you deserve.
