The area was questionable hotel staff unorganized. We had a 15 minute to see if they had a room and then they gave us a wash coth from behind the front desk saying the room didn't gave any. It we old be my last resort

Good for the price.

Stayed in a king studio and it was a comfortable room. We were surprised that there were no utensils available in the kitchen, and doubly surprised we couldn't even hang up our jackets as there were no hangers in the closet. We stood in line for at least 30 minutes waiting to check in as the 2 customers in front of us had issues with their individual reservations and there was only 1 person at the front desk.

Dirty hotel

The bathroom had hair in the sink and tub. The room smelled bad. Definitely a no frills no thrills hotel. The front office staff person was rude and didn't seem to know what she was doing.

The hotel was very nice. Close proximity to a freeway and lots of food options nearby. The elevator came quickly and there was plenty of free parking.

I call front desk to request dishes they suppose to bring them to room as you requested. Front desk told me : I can not do it,i am the only one in the hotel you need to came and get it for your self!!!!!!!!! After 1 hr they bring not exactly what i need

I stayed here for a second night after having no hot water the night before, but was assured it was fixed, and it was. I enjoyed my stay the second night. Though I was a bit annoyed that the front desk person denied that there was no hot water the night before....Why?

All well until I discovered: NO HOT WATER???!!!

All was well at first. I generally like Extended Stay America's for room size and comfort. I checked in at 11:30 pm and was settling into my room and decided to take a shower. I discovered that there was no hot water. I called the front desk and was told that there wasn't any hot water in the entire hotel. She told me that the hot water heater had broken at 11pm, but would be fixed by morning. A half hour before I checked in. I was very upset that I was not told when checking in. I was exhausted so I just went to sleep. When I woke in the morning, there was still no hot water. I packed up and left, when I checked out I asked the woman at the front desk why the hot water had not been fixed, I was told that they were not getting a repair person until 10am because it was too expensive. There was no offer of reimbursement or compensation. I called Hotels.com after I left and was given a voucher for my next hotel rental, but I do believe that the hotel should have dealt with the problem more upfront and directly.

Hotel was so dirty

This hotel was by far one of the dirtiest hotels I have every stayed at. Besides the whole place being filthy the boiler was out so we had no hot water which I get it things happen but I don't get how the hotel can be that gross and dirty when each guest is paying a minimum of $100 each day. My room was as if it wasn't even cleaned, our head board and the chair in there had the grossest stuff all over them I'm not even sure what exactly it was. I had to ask for cleaning supplies along with new sheets and blankets bc it was like the bedding had not been changed over. I ended up scrubbing our room with sanitizer and remaking the bed with the new sheets and blankets. In the halls and coradoor of the place it was full of dust bunnies and dirt and along the walls they had been plastered with gunk all through out them. I don't think the place had been cleaned throughly in months. I really hope for the sake of there hotel they make some changes and start cleaning up the place bc it has the potential of being a nice place.

Pros: They have apples for breakfast.
Cons: Pillows could be a bit firmer or thicker.
Toilet when flushed had to be jiggled to get it to stop flushing. The room I was in was next to the trash compactor. It right off the highway and my room was on that side. The TV signal is nonHD so picture quality not great. So people in parking lot were making noise at 3:00 am. Then in the morning I over heard staff talking about having to clean needles up from the parking lot.
