Wasn't the worst but not the best.

Pros: I wasn't bothered and the first lady that checked me gave great customer service to not only me but also every other guest that came in after me.
The lady who checked me in was so helpful and happy, but she was the only one. The hotel room itself wasn't too bad...I had a studio comes empty and you have to request the items you want to customize your stay(coffee pot, cups, plates, ect.) Which I did and those items never showed, even after asking a second time. The area isn't the best either, very industrial and right next to the freeway. Nice gas station within walking distance but you'll have to take a drive to get near decent restaurants and shopping. pet friendly! Hard beds, stiff pillows and sheets. Warped furniture. Garb n go breakfast was just coffee and garnola bars. No vending machines.

Good Hotel, Neighborhood so-so.

Pros: Room, staff friendliness.
Cons: The hotel itself is just fine.
Location: Neighborhood is kind of noisy and industrious, plenty of restaurants nearby so options are there.
Hotel Property itself is great - neighborhood could be better. Lots of industry, truck traffic, train traffic in the area, but it is close to the highway so easy to get around anywhere you need to go.

Staff was nice, that's about it. The breakfast is coffee with no lids and prepackaged muffins. Also the room is only cleaned every 8 days. We had to ask and change our own sheets.

Disappointed

Pros: The room was nice and the kitchenette was excellent.
Cons: The hotel atmosphere left much to be desired. Unless there is a business decision to cater to a different clientele, the atmosphere will not change.
Location: The location was adequate for a commute to Seattle (16 miles out) or a trip to the airport (5 miles). There is nothing to do nearby.
This is not your typical hotel for business and leisure travelers. This facility is geared toward long term stays for homeless individuals and single moms waiting for proper housing. I also noticed a lot of contract laborers in the facility.

Disappointing stay at Extended Stay America

Pros: Nothing really.
Cons: Everything! Hire more staff, get new bed linen, towels. vaccume and clean the carpets.
Location: Easily accessible.
We've booked 2 nights but checked out after staying one night. We requested 2 rooms together instead got 2 rooms far apart in the same floor. One room was ok but the otherone was not cleaned. We beds were dirty and washroom floor was sticky. I do not recommend this place.

Terrible

Arrive at 4pm (check in was at 3pm) room wasn't ready. Waited 30 minutes for room. Staff disorganized. Room smelled like urine. Terrible.

It's in an industrial area, if I had known this I would have booked another hotel and no Pool no breakfast area to sit and have breakfast... Just terrible...

house keeping must have missed this one a lot

There were clothes left behind from previous guest, the floors under the bed were absolutely disgusting, the fridge sounded like it was about to launch to the moon, the bed was more like a torture device. The a/c didn't work very well either. Would never stay at this location again.

Too far from Seattle

Not cool!

Pros: Nothing
Late arrival so I called ahead and confirmed arrival time. Get there and had to wait on computers to "update", then told no room available by a woman who barely spoke English, then finally told a smoking room was available but since it was not the room on Expedia I booked and prepaid I had to pay higher rate. Called Expedia and they did get it changed to no extra fee but still had to take the smoking room that looked really poorly kept and smelled pretty strong of smoke.
