A smell in the room. The carpet was dirty and had a lot of stains. One of the elevators have been down for five months.

There was hot water.

After we checked in and went up to the room it had not been cleaned from the previous customer. We had to wait one hour and fifty minutes before it was ready. Housekeeping was several rooms down the hall, but was not called to clean our room and we were not offered a different room. The air conditioner leaked water and we were told the manager would check it. After one full day no body every showed up. Breakfast was advertised three different ways, but Grab & Go was the only choice. For a non smoking room the bedspread had several cigarette burns. Overall not a clean room. Never stay there again!

Close to airport and other attractions

Pros: Location
One elatovator was non-working. Soda vending machine on but not cooling - Drinks hot No kitchen items in room. Pillows worn out. Seemed short stafffed

Tried to switch us to a different type of room!!

Cons: Cleanliness of the room as well as the rest of the hotel (inside and out). Staff not trying to switch your room to whatever they want to give you.
Location: Was fairly close to a major mall which had numerous restaurants and stores.
Got there and went to our room to find that the hallway and the room both smelled like an ashtray. Was surprised that we were in a smoking room since our reservation was specifically for a non-smoking queen room. Went back to the desk and was told that though my paperwork said queen non-smoking that was only a request and all that they had to do was give us a room and it didn't have to be the same type as I had reserved. After some arguing with the staff they finally moved us to the type of room we reserved but kept telling us it was the fault of expedia and not their fault. Got into room and found a dead big squished on the wall as we walked in. Also found someone else's hair in the shower. We had to move the nightstand out from the wall to plug in a phone charger and found a french fry on the floor. Was led to believe on line when I made the reservation that the hotel offered a hot breakfast at no charge, their idea of a breakfast was a counter top that had muffins, fruit and granola bars sitting on it with a coffee pot that you could help yourself to. Not what I was expecting at all. The staff was not helpful, the room was not clean and they tried to put us in the wrong type of room........will NEVER stay at this hotel again or recommend it to anyone that I know.

Geschäftsreise. Zimmer war OK. Frühstück = Grap and Go....also nicht wirklich ein Frühstück. Muffins und Kaffee zum Mitnehmen. Service Team war sehr hilfsbereit. Das war super!

Pros: It was a place to lay our heads after a long day in Seattle
Cons: Clean the rooms.
Location: It was only 20 minutes from downtown Seattle.
When I arrived, the front lobby staff was a little rough and not extremely friendly. The check-in went smooth and I arrived at the room. At first glance it was okay. Once inside with all the lights on, the carpet had multiple big stains and made me feel like I needed to leave my shoes on. The side chair had some unidentified white spots all over the back and seat of the chair (gross). The bathroom was very small, but clean and the kitchen area was clean as well. Both beds were comfortable and appeared to have fresh linen. I did not see the breakfast as I did not bother to check it out, but found it amusing when the front desk told me breakfast would be served in the lobby. When I asked where, she pointed behind me to a side table that was at most three feet long. She assured by there were leafs that extended out from the sides. Not what I expected from any hotel and I would not choose to stay here again.

Disgusting hotel and not good location for Aiport!

The hotel said it was by the airport and it is not! It's a 15-20 minute ride to Sea Tac I got a smoking room that smelled horrible- room wasn't very clean neither was the bathroom I will not stay here again

Uncomfortable and disappointing

I've stayed at Extended Stay hotels before, so I had no problem with booking this one. However, I wish I stayed at the Comfort Inn across the street instead. Here are some positive things about the place: 1) The rooms have kitchens (but most extended stay type hotels do). 2) The location was good (if you don't mind being 20-30 minutes outside of downtown). 3) It is easily accessible to the highways. Now the negative: 1) One of the elevators was broken so it took awhile to get up or down floors, especially with bags. 2) The room was not as clean/updated as I expected based on their website claims that things were recently renovated. 3) The bed was quite basic and uncomfortable. 4) The breakfast buffet amounted to coffee, miniature muffins wrapped in plastic and an apple or banana. Everything on one credenza. 5) No pool or workout facility.

Spend a bit more and stay elsewhere

The lead receptionist/manager is very nice with great customer service skills. With that being said, she is obviously overwhelmed. Many of my complaints could be resolved by just having 1 more person and proactive preparation. For example, I asked for quarters for the laundry with another person behind me waiting. She told me that she didn't get her cashier till ready yet. Instead of just giving me the quarters I needed, she made me wait for about 5-8mins as she was putting all the cash in its place and counting the money. Or you could give the waiting customer the cash and do the cashier drawer (deducting the $4) in change she gave me.... We needed 1 extra pillow, she told me she will bring it up to my room if they have an extra pillow. So I was suppose to wait and if they have one then great, they will bring it up at their convenience, or if not, I should keep waiting??? This was 10pm. At 11:15pm, I was given a call asking if I still needed a pillow.... She is very nice but not VWR efficient, or maybe she should have 1 more person to help the poor girl out. This place does not have daily maid service, it's "extra". We didn't realize it until checking out since we were never told of this when we checked in but the "kitchen" is good, if it had ANY kitchen stuff. I was told when I checked OUT (not checked in), that you must request for the kitchen stuff otnerwise there is literally NOTHING stocked in your hotel kitchen room. We will never stay here again.

Didn't like the fact they only clean the room once a week, don't change dirty towels if you want new ones it's your responsibility to ask and the breakfast is apples and coffee
