Pros: They have apples for breakfast.
Cons: Pillows could be a bit firmer or thicker.
Toilet when flushed had to be jiggled to get it to stop flushing. The room I was in was next to the trash compactor. It right off the highway and my room was on that side. The TV signal is nonHD so picture quality not great. So people in parking lot were making noise at 3:00 am. Then in the morning I over heard staff talking about having to clean needles up from the parking lot.

Found a bed bug on me in the middle of the night

Found a bed bug on me in the middle of the night (1AM on Christmas Morning) Packed the family up went to another hotel. Asked Expedia to arrange refund - they claimed they could only give partial refund, as the hotel would not refund for the night we stayed in their bug infested beds (Which abruptly left at 1AM on Christmas Morning)

I loved that the room has one big refrigerator, microwave oven and kitchen sink. Hard to find a hotel like this. Clean and no smell. reasonable prices. Good stay overall.

Saved me lots of bucks especially moving out from the Hampton inn in southcenter. Had same room ammenities for half the price. Guess management should work on getting newer carpets, better beddings etc. Overall, can't complain, but couldn't wait to move into my apartment. 1 Staff was pretty helpful.

My room condition was terrible. There was an unflushed "bm" and toilet paper in the toilet, drool stains on the pillow, and the sheets Had blue smears all over like a pen had opened up in the laundry. Did I mention the smell? I didn't even stay the night for fear of cooties. The only positive was the front desk attendant "Tori" she was really helpful and kind, she offered to switch my room but I just couldn't stay there.

The receptionist was very nice. The hotel wasn't what I expected. It looked clean, but didn't smell like it There wasn't many amenities that I was use to...next time I'll pay a little more for something nicer.

Good deal, doesn't have all of the amenities of a more expensive place but felt clean and safe. Minutes from the highway and the airport.

4th floor smells of marijuana

4th floor smells of marijuana. My room smells of Chinese food. Got woken in the early morning by a fire alarm ( false alarm). Day before I checked out my toilet got clogged and they could not resolve the problem. Person said I should look for a plunger at the end of the hall. No maintenance person around to help.

I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE!!

Okay, so I'm not one to complain but I have never felt as uneasy in a hotel as I did in this one. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE! It seemed that some questionable people have extended their stay a little too long. The elevator was disgusting & everything wreaked of marijuana. The hotel comforter and sheets had cigarette(?) burns, im pretty sure there was blood on the bathroom wall and nothing was clean!! And if you want to use any of the kitchenette items you have to get it all from the front desk. We stayed there for one night but if I wouldn't have been afraid to leave my room, I would've slept in my car!!
