Too far from Seattle

Location: Location is too far from Seattle.
This is a place to stay for travelers who are not interested in being in the city.

Not cool!

Pros: Nothing
Late arrival so I called ahead and confirmed arrival time. Get there and had to wait on computers to "update", then told no room available by a woman who barely spoke English, then finally told a smoking room was available but since it was not the room on Expedia I booked and prepaid I had to pay higher rate. Called Expedia and they did get it changed to no extra fee but still had to take the smoking room that looked really poorly kept and smelled pretty strong of smoke.

No parece un Extended Stay, sino mala remodelacion

Pros: Tranquilo
Cons: Que habitaciones tengan buen mantenimiento: escusados se descomponian o tiraban agua, ventanas no se podian mantener abiertas, mosquitero rotos
Location: Seattle es hermoso, pero el hotel queda lejos. Con auto eso no es problema.
Nos cambiaron dos veces de cuarto porque los banios no funcionaban. Los cuartos son como los tipicos de un hotel, no de un Extended Stay. El desayuno que incluyen es MUY pobre, mejor no habrian de anunciarse como que lo ofrecen dado que es retirar cosas de un carrito y las cosas se agotan antes de que cierre el servicio.

Seems nice but horrible upkeep.

I got a smoke free room, but that was the first thing I smelt when I walked in. The second comforter had cigeratte burn holes. The water for the shower was backwards, what said hot was cold and what said cold was hot. Finally the hard wood floor was soaked due to the air conditioning unit leaking water. It leaked all through night and was unpleasant to listen to as I tried to sleep. When i booked through expedia, they charged me and The staff that checked me in charged me again. I did call and get it settled but seems like staffing is at minimum to where there isn't anyone to take care of the place. Friendly people but not somewhere I would stay again. It was dirty.

What a joke

Terrible place to stay. The hotel smelled musty and moldy and was in a pretty bad state of repair, but that is not the reason for the bad review. I called ahead to announce late arrival due to a flight delay. I got there, and they couldn't get the computer system to check me in, so after about 10 min, they gave me a room key and said they'd finish checking me in later. I left the next morning for work, and then some family visits and returned to the hotel about 10pm. My card key worked to let me in the back door, but did not work on my room door. Went to the front desk only to be told "you canceled your reservation last night, we put someone else that room". What!? I had left some stuff in the room. She had to call the manager, who at least knew where my stuff had been thrown, but I could hear her in the line with the employee. Very unprofessional. After hanging up the employee told me all they had left was King rooms, and I had Queen, so I was going to have to pay the higher full rate. This again I'd after they kicked me out of my room and gave it away to someone else! Ridiculous!! Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere that night, and will never return. Terrible experience!

Disgusting Hotel. Travelers beware.

Checked into a dirty room, moved to a "clean room." If you call dust and dirt everywhere clean. The mattress in the second room had black stain on it, probably from bodily fluids. When we demanded a refund and checked out the same night, the GM made the process more difficult then needed. She was rude, difficult to work with, & had 0 empathy. Didn't prepay so the hotel should have been able to refund and then contact Expedia about what happened. Check your mattress before laying down...would hate to have someone get sick due to the condition of the hotel.

A quick overnight stay. Easy access to the airport and affordable. The breakfast was subpar. Only coffee and granola bars/muffins.

Poor experience. "Free wifi" password did not work - asked the front desk, they just shrugged their shoulders. Rooms were clean but overall poor experience

Pros: Price and Location
Cons: The kitchen cabinets and drawers were completely empty and the shower drain was really clogged.
Location: 15 minutes from the airport with no traffic.
My wife and I stayed here July 1st, 2016. We checked in and proceeded to our room, only to find someone already booked in that room. I apologized and went back down to the front desk. The girl at the counter seemed very confused and after looking at the computer for a while, asked me if a king bed would be OK. I told her that would be great since that is what I initially booked! The new room that was given to us was empty and I promptly locked the door in case someone else had the same issue with this room. The room itself was fine, but the kitchen was completely empty of cups, dishes, silverware and cookware. The shower drain was also clogged and drained very slowly. During checkout, the front desk asked who we booked with as they haven't received payment yet. I will be checking my credit card bill to make sure they don't charge me again.

Arrive and paid for room and then was told no rooms were available. The manager did not even help correct the situation. He just told me to call Expedia.

We occasionally have guests who stay over without prior notification, and this is what happened on the day of your arrival. While we made every effort to correct the matter prior to that time, we were unsuccessful and we apologize. I am sorry you felt our manager on duty was rude and did not want to help you, but since your reservation was made through Expedia and not directly with us, you would need to deal with Expedia to resolve the billing issue.
