someone was in my room

if they don't clean the rooms during your stay, why do they come inside? I left the room for the day. when I came back the room my card key would not work. then the tv I purposely left on was off. 1) Volume soft, so not bother anyone 2) that model does not have an auto shut off At this point ( wrong or right ) I feel my bags have been gone through while I was out. when I came back two days later the same thing happened So I wonder do they disable the keys so they will have time to get out while you go for another. I was not alone the first time it was just my room the second time it happened to all the rooms in my party. And the chairs were nasty other than that it was ok

i had reserved a non smoking with view when i got there the manager basically said that expedia lied about being able to give us that room. That the only room they had was a smoking with no view didnt try to accomadate me just gave me an option to go look for another hotel not the response i was looking for. Took the room as i was already tired but no satified with false advertising.

Highly unsatisfied with this hotel

Pros: Nothing in particular.
Cons: Cleanliness, Vaccum cleaning the floors, cleaning the bath room, checking the vending machine and at least providing the drinking water.
The hotel rooms were very dirty. Bathroom floors were sticky. No drinking water, vending machine for water and soda was out of order. Hotel staff did not help to fix any of these issues. My stay in this hotel was very inconvenient and I will hesitate to book extended stay of america ever again.

Glad my stay wasn't extended

The room was very bare and not well-cleaned. "Hardwood" floors are an interesting touch in a hotel room, but not when they are visibly dirty. I found a pair of socks under the bed.

Cons: Better communication with hotel staff and guests.
Location: entry and exit confusing
No ice mahcing anywhere on premises. Instructed to go across the street to get some ice- or make ice with trays in room. no time to make Ice!!!!!!!! it was avery late No coffee pot in room or coffee- needed to request the coffee pot and was not aware if it came with coffe or not. No hair dryer and no lotion. this hotel is more like a 2 star at most

Pros: Eat in facilities are nice though bring your own plates, pots ect.
Easy to get to restaurants and food store and highway

Location was OK. Carpet in room had numerous stain

Pros: Location was convenient
Cons: Housekeeping, change out badly stained carpets, clean the AC filter. I had sneezing fits from the all the dust that kicked up when I turned on the AC
No coffee/tea maker in room. Had to ask for this and some minimal bowls/plates. I had an early checkout; 4:00AM, Hotel had the night laundry clerk handle the checkout. He was on his cell on a personal call and I waited 10-12 minutes. My flight was at 6:00Am and the rental car return building at SEATAC needed some 30 minutes to conclude and transfer to airport. I ended up having to rush.

Our room smelled of cat urine after turning on the heater. We had to change rooms. The over cleanliness is below sub par. Pillows were dirty, carpets filthy, chairs and walls had stains. No bath towels in the rooms and the front desk only had bath mats to had out.

Filthy! Left within 10 minutes.

The hotel was disgusting. Stains on the comforter lead me to begin inspecting the bed where I found a blanket with cigarette burns and piles of hair and dander between the mattress and box spring. Thank you Expedia staff for getting me out of there within minutes and cancelling my stay.
