Not what we expected
The pool and jacuzzi were closed for like a month...so we didn't get to use those. Found it annoying that the hotel charges for coffee...room didn't have a proper blind/ curtain so people outside the hotel can literally look through our room. Air-conditioning is old and loud, and was either too hot or too cold. The only good thing is that the staff was very nice, though.

Thank you for your recent review. we have passed on your kind words to the staff. Our pool and hot tub has been closed since the 23rd of Jan 2017 while we drained the pool/hot tub so it could be resurfaced. This process takes about a month and we are looking forward to share this area with our guests once again. We have complimentary coffee available beginning at 3 AM and through-out the breakfast hours. All guest rooms have coffee in them and additional packets are available 24 hours a day from the front desk. The only coffee that we charge for is the espresso machine which makes specialty coffee. I was sorry to hear that you were unable to locate the blackout drapes in your room. All of our guest rooms are equipped with a set of decorative panels, shears, and blackouts. The blackout panels are located just behind the shears.
