Wedding Anniversary trip to Seattle

Pros: Staff was friendly and very helpful.
Cons: Swimming pool and hot tub were out of order.
Location: near the airport
Had a great and wonderful trip which included our stay at the Best Western near Sea-Tec Airport. The "SPECIAL" greeting we found in our room was WONDERFULLY AWESOME and AMAZING, COMPLETELY UNEXPECTED, included a small, delicious cake with Champagne and other special treats with cute swans made of towels with rose pedals all around. SERVICE free breakfast were EXCELLENT.

Clean room, friendly staff met expectations. However its pretty noisy from the traffoc outside so had to use ear plugs to get my shuteye. Breakfast was a decent spread, free wifi so all in all gave it a 4 /5 rating. Would come back again for business trips,

The staff was wonderful and the rooms are nice and clean. I have never slept on more comfortable pillows! I will definitely stay here every time I visit Seattle.

Not what we expected

The pool and jacuzzi were closed for like a month...so we didn't get to use those. Found it annoying that the hotel charges for coffee...room didn't have a proper blind/ curtain so people outside the hotel can literally look through our room. Air-conditioning is old and loud, and was either too hot or too cold. The only good thing is that the staff was very nice, though.

Thank you for your recent review. we have passed on your kind words to the staff. Our pool and hot tub has been closed since the 23rd of Jan 2017 while we drained the pool/hot tub so it could be resurfaced. This process takes about a month and we are looking forward to share this area with our guests once again. We have complimentary coffee available beginning at 3 AM and through-out the breakfast hours. All guest rooms have coffee in them and additional packets are available 24 hours a day from the front desk. The only coffee that we charge for is the espresso machine which makes specialty coffee. I was sorry to hear that you were unable to locate the blackout drapes in your room. All of our guest rooms are equipped with a set of decorative panels, shears, and blackouts. The blackout panels are located just behind the shears. I hope we get the chance to serve you again.

Very nice hotel

Pros: Very friendly staff, beautiful rooms.
Cons: post on your website when your going to have amenities down for an entire month especially something like a pool which was our complete reason to book
Beautiful hotel but very upset to get there and find out the pool and hot tub were both down for a whole month, no information about it till you got there and that was a BIG point for us when we booked it! so HUGE disappointement. Breakfast was nice but the waffles and french toast were hard and cold.

Very outdated. Smelled old and moldy

I wanted to walk right out. If it wasn't for the fact that I had to wake up so early to catch a flight, I would have gone to another hotel. Very bad.

Thank you for your review. We just finished this pat year a complete remodel of our restaurant and lobby as well as new carpeting throughout the hotel and window treatments. Our rooms in the west wing have been totally made over while those in the east wing have just had the carpeting and drapes replaced. We hope you have a chance to come back and experience the changes that have been made.

Nice hotel close to the airport

The car rental return is just down the road but you will still have to take the shuttle bus to the airport in order to get a ride back to the hotel.
