We began our hosting experience in the Summer of 2021 and have enjoyed hosting families for their vacation down the shore. This second floor unit in a two family house is located two blocks way from the beach, Seaside Heights boardwalk and only 1 block from the Bay. If you're looking for PRIME LOCATION in a family friendly area, this unit will fit your needs! Experience the difference at our "Beach & Bay Home"! Second floor unit in a two family home 3 Bedrooms/ 1 Bathroom Shared driveway but there is also plenty of parking in front of the home 6 Beach Passes are included during the stay. If lost, a charge of $100 per pass applies. Shared backyard with barbecue grill for each unit. A propane tank is provided but it is the guests responsibility to fill as needed. If using the barbecue grill, please note it is the guests responsibility to clean the grill thoroughly. If left unclean, extra cleaning charges will apply. Patio table and chairs are also provided for each unit. In addition, the second floor unit has it's own deck area with a table and chairs. Bedroom 1: Full sized bed Bedroom 2: King sized Bed Bedroom 3: Full/ Full Bunk Bed with a twin pull out trundle & a single Twin Bed Living room has a queen sized sofa bed Bed linens and towels are not provided and should be brought by the guests. Pillows and light comforters are provided. If this is an issue, please contact the host. We recommend no more than 8 guests for a comfortable stay. If the host approves more than 8 guests, please note an additional charge of $50 per guest/ per night will be applied. High Speed Wifi is provided along with a Smart Roku TV in the living room. The kitchen is stocked with basic kitchen appliances; toaster, Keurig coffee machine, microwave, gas Stove, and a full sized fridge. Serving platters, dishes, bowls, cups, coffee mugs, wine glasses, cutting board, eating & cooking utensils are provided. We do provide salt, pepper, cooking oil and limited coffee cups. There is central air and forced hot air in the unit. Guests can adjust the temperature accordingly. In unit, stackable washer/ dryer provided. Guests must supply their own detergent due to skin sensitivity issues. Stay Requirements: During Off Season, we require a 2 night stay. During Peak Season (July-Aug), we require at least a 4 night stay. If you need an exception, we are open to making accommodations to be as flexible as possible. \*If you're looking for a longer term rental, please contact me directly. \*Age Limit Requirements Apply: Guests must be at least 25 yrs of age unless you are traveling with your family. ID's will be required at the time of booking, This is a family friendly rental. No parties are allowed. It's a few miles away so it's best to ride a bike or drive there. \-Open Seasame Bagels & Deli in Seaside Heights. \- Bella's Bagels is right down the block going towards 7-11 Lunch: \-Klee's Bar & Grill in Seaside Heights. It's a nice walk along the boardwalk to get here. \-Bum Rogers Crab House & Tavern in South Seaside Park is 2 miles away. Best to ride a bike or drive there. \-The Sawmill located right at the end of Seaside Heights boardwalk. It was a short walk to beach and the passes were included, big plus! It had a nice view of the bay, sunsets were amazing. They had games to play in the living room, the rooms were so spacious. It had 1 bathroom and it wasn’t an issue, shower was big and plenty of storage space for everyone’s stuff, it was all girls so you can imagine how much there was. We have had a home in Seaside Park for 15 years and this year we are doing renovations. This rental exceeded our expectations. There was a great welcome book at the front door. The kitchen was full of all of the necessities. The bathroom was gorgeous and the bedrooms were adorable. We were beyond comfortable during our long weekend. Massimo and Yesenia are great hosts, providing not only guidance on the rental process but also recommendations on things to do, restaurants, etc. nearby. 2\. The space was exactly as advertised in terms of layout, size, and amenities. There was technically enough room and beds for all of us (9 adults + 1 child) but it was definitely a little cramped with that many people, and I would recommend keeping the group to 7 or less for this space. (note that Massimo and team were upfront about this from the start so kudos there). 3\. If anything, the ease of access to the beach is a bit undersold. it's a very quick walk, and for the price this is an excellent value for a shore house rental. 4\. We stayed on the 2nd floor unit, which is accessible only by an external staircase 5\. Overall we loved the place and would definitely come back again. ##### Robert C. Rooms are nice and spacious and accommodating. I only rented this for me and my mother with a friend or family member coming down one night during our week stay so the space was more than enough for us. Parking was slightly inconvenient but not that bad, as it is one long driveway. If the bottom floor is also rented you have to coordinate with the other people renting to move and park your vehicle as to who is parked in front so they don't end up being blocked while you are out on the beach or something. This is our first time staying in seaside park and it was great!! We stayed on the second floor. It had 3 bedrooms one full one king and a bunk bed and another bed in the third bedroom 3 beds in a spacious bedroom. We also brought our pet. The ocean was 2 blocks east and amazing sunrise And the bay west amazing sunset. The state park was straight down the road and we found beaches where the dogs could run on the beach. We have very well behaved pets and it was a great experience! Highly recommend!! From the moment we clicked on this rental, the experience was great! The owner, Massimo, was so attentive to any questions we had and most importantly the house was Extremely Clean! It's also in a perfect location (walking distance to both the beach and the bay). There were extras throughout that made our stay even better...... beach badges, bikes, washer/dryer, grills, an outdoor shower in addition to a sand-off shower station, chairs, tiki torches, firepit, restaurant recommendations, paper goods, extra window a/c's and so much more! We appreciated every detail that was included in our stay. We were a family of 6, plus a dog, and it was ultra comfortable. Thank you Massimo for an excellent experience!! ##### Melissa M.
