This home is in an area surrounded by Acadia National Park, conveniently close to Seal Harbor's adorable stretch of shingle and clapboard shops and eateries. If you want to get out on the water, contact Bar Harbor Whale Watch Co. or Acadian Boat Tours, both located within 10 miles of this property.

This darling vacation rental boasts a sunny and open great room with a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a pub-height table for two, a dining table with bench seating for meals, laptops, or family game nights, and a comfortable living area with a TV for streaming all your favorites.

Outside, fire up the gas grill to add some char to your home-cooked menu, or take a seat on your furnished front porch and watch the world go by.

Additional amenities include central air-conditioning, a built-in desk in one of the bedrooms, and a stacked washer/dryer adjacent to the kitchen to help you keep your laundry under control while you're on vacation!

Great location
Lovely place. Enjoyed relaxing after a day of hiking in living area; dinner & games at the table. Close to Seal Harbor; Acadia entrance…. Easy to get around where we wanted to go.

Quick access to Acadia
This is an excellent property for gaining access to the Acadia Park Loop Rd. The house was comfy for 4 adults. The kitchen gathering table with benches was perfect for the adults to gather with wine in hand; also great for game playing and for planning out the next day. Bar Harbor is a few miles up the road and has a grocery store, not to mention all the bars and restaurants of which we enjoyed. And then we could easily return to the tranquility of Pine Cottage.

Nice neighbor and close to Acadia National Park. After final payment made one month before checkin we were informed that cell service was poor to none & would need to use wi fi. Checked with management service prior to arrival to make sure all was fine as a tropical storm had come thru & was assured that all was fine. Arrived with no internet service which meant no cell service or tv. After many many phone calls service was restored after our 3 day of stay. Promised a refund but none as of today!

Nice house poor customer service
My review is twofold. The house was very nice, clean and well situated for easy access to the park and Bar Harbor. However if you are a Verizon customer be aware it is in a dead zone. This was compounded by my main issue which was the lack of Wi-Fi and poor response from customer service. I notified customer service of this issue when we checked in and followed up for several days thereafter to no resolution. I was always told they were following up with local staff and would let me know when it was fixed. This never happened and frankly is unacceptable customer service.

Cute house-great location!
The house is in a great location and near Bar Harbor. We did arrive late at night for check-in, which made it hard to see because there was not much lighting in the front of the house to see which one it was. The lighting around the front of the house was limited making it difficult to find the key box to access the house. It would be helpful if they install motion light around the property for guest checking in later in the evening. The Home is decorated very cute and set up with everything you need for your stay. The only suggestion I would have would be to add some board games or card for some extra entertainment. There are individual heating and air units in each room, and we had to watch a YouTube video to figure out how to operate them but once we watched a video, we figured it out, they were simple to operate. We would definitely stay at this property again if we were in the area and also rent any properties managed by this management company.

Acadia adventure
We enjoyed our time at Pine Cottage. Short distance to Bar Harbor and all Acadia trails very nice location. The large dining table and living areas were great space for cooking,eating and playing games. We would recommend staying in this home.
